Standardized production
Floteq Compact Variable Speed (FBV) Booster system comprised on submersible pump in enclosed tank, control panel, valves and common piping connections that are integrated into one compact pump booster system.
These units are assembled and tested at factory and allows for quick on-site installation. As the booster is of modular design, it allows easy replacement and maintenance with uninterrupted water supply.
The Floteq FBV booster can be supplied with 2 -3 submersible pumps in parallel pumping operation. This booster system can be applicable for direct or variable speed operation.
50-150L Diaphragm pressure tank is required when running on variable speed operation to minimise the start/stop cycle for the submersible pumps.

FBV working principle
Floteq FBV consists of three parts, the first part is an electric control box, is behind the two closed small square tank, built in two to three stainless steel submersible pump, vertical installation; the upper outlet pipe and a one-way valve and other components, a complete set of organic composition of three water supply unit.
The water is sucked into the small tank from the flange at the bottom and flows out from the upper outlet flange after the pressurization of the submersible pump.
Product features
Due to the inhalation of the submersible pump outlet is not directly connected with the Internet in the municipal pipe through the small water tank when the water flow is not transition, can be directly connected to the municipal pipe network, no steady flow tank, the unit with its own vacuum breaker.
As a result of the submersible pump as a booster pump, set up and running noise is very low, the general 7.5Kw of the motor noise is less than 45dB.
The two pump unit covers 0.35m2, and the three pump unit covers 0.5 m2
