HOW IT WILL WORK

• Up to 22 university/institutional partnerships from 7 countries and the UK
• 10.000 university students/graduates/young entrepreneurs (f2f) to get access to enterprise skills programme
• Up to 60 students /graduates/young entrepreneurs to be selected for Student Enterprise Award
• 4,000 university students/graduates /young entrepreneurs to get Online General English Programme
• 30,000 university students/graduates/young people to enrol for The English Channel Learning Packs (digital)

What: Jointly awarded to UK and partner country organisations to co-develop
initiatives that will strengthen entrepreneurship skills for developing creative
economy and in one of the programme countries
Value: up to £50,000 (per year)
Who can apply: UK organisations jointly with international partners (from one
of the seven CREATIVE SPARK countries)
Location of intervention: one of the partner countries: Armenia,
Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine

3) Project Plan (max 10 points) A. Partnership Outcomes
Describe the potential benefits/outcomes (e.g. evolution, potential learning, implications) that could
emerge from the proposed project
(i.e. the creation of innovative models for entrepreneurship in the curriculum; establishment of skills
development structures, etc.)
B. Partnership Outputs
Describe tangible changes, new skills, abilities, etc. that could result from the interventions/activities in
the programme.
C. Dissemination and Communication Plan
Describe the dissemination plan to communicate the activities and programme outcomes to multiple
audiences.
(Please also indicate the language needs of the beneficiary group for any translation/interpreting and
training delivery.)
D. Monitoring and Evaluation Plan
Please identify your M&E plan with a timescale and key milestones. How will you monitor and
evaluate your project impact?
E. Activity Plan
YEAR 1 Plan Please give an overview of the proposed activities in Year 1 and include brief details of any
visits, workshops, training activities and events. All activities should be delivered between
October 2018 and July 2019 (Year I).
