We have partnered with one of the world’s leading champagne houses,Laurent-Perrier, to provide our customers with a fantastic opportunity toenjoy a ‘Time To Dine’ with Laurent-Perrier.
We are inviting you to submit a meal for inclusion in the scheme which will be promoted through The In Oxford Group’s suite of publications, websitesand social media accounts. Each meal will include a glass of Laurent-Perrier[Brut NV] as an apéritif or to accompany the first course.
This will be a rolling scheme and each participating restaurant will be asked tocomply with the terms and conditions of the scheme set out alongside.
Customers will be able to purchase vouchers through The In Oxford Group’svarious websites as detailed below*.

The ‘restaurant’ or the ‘participating restaurant’ will
be the restaurant which is invited and agrees to
participate in the ‘Time To Dine’ in association with
Laurent-Perrier’ scheme.
The terms are as follows:
• A maximum of 12 restaurants to be included on
an invitation only basis
• Each restaurant must buy a minimum of 6 bottles
of Laurent-Perrier [Brut NV] to accompany the
meals – served as an apéritif or to accompany the
first course
• Each restaurant to submit a set meal which it will
be able to provide for a minimum of four months –
this can be lunch or dinner
• Each restaurant must make up to 200 meals
available to purchase through the following
websites (200 in total, not for each website):

• The In Oxford Group will market the scheme
through its publications and websites and social
media.
• The In Oxford Group will fulfil each voucher
purchase and send a physical voucher to the
customer for each voucher purchased.
• The In Oxford Group will provide each
participating restaurant with access to a real time
spreadsheet which will show all voucher purchases
• The In Oxford Group will deduct a 15%
commission for each meal sold to be factored into
the price of the meal and to cover the marketing
costs associated with this scheme (administration,
brochure, website, Paypal costs associated with
sale of meals, voucher costs and postage costs)
• The In Oxford Group will remit all takings for
voucher sales to each restaurant less the agreed
15% commission on a monthly basis.
• The 15% commission will be calculated on the
price per head including a glass of Laurent-Perrier
[Brut NV] champagne
