• Benefits (compared to Groupwise)• Getting one (for those that don't)• Picking a username • Email forwarding setup• Creating folders• Unsubscribing to emails

Forwarding Steps

• “Settings”• “Accounts and Import”• Under “Check mail from other accounts

(using POP3)” CLICK “Add a POP3 mail account you own”

• Enter address, Password• Add account

Google Calendar

• Technologically supportive devices

• Creating events (time, date, repetition, guests)

• Sharing

DROPBOX

• Benefits • Cloud computing• No need for hard drives or flash drives• It acts as a file on your computer• Sharing
