Meeting up again!
And there we were again. Bunch of great people from from all over the
Tiimiakatemia network. Meeting up, sharing, learning, celebrating together.
Hub and TeamLabs Madrid created us an inspirational mental and physical space
for all this. Thank you Berta and Max for hosting the meeting!

Impact Hub Madrid & Teamlabs sharing their story
After check-in we were able to hear some inspiring stories through Max and Berta on ImpactHub Madrid and
TeamLabs. Here a few quotes from the story
● ”WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN STORIES.”
● TeamLabs = Lab of Teams
● Mission is to transform education.
● We were dreaming together. At first dialoque we had 8 projects on table. One of them was ”Let´s create
university”. Of course we decided to choose this most challenging one : )
● Great culture of Trust at TeamLabs. Culture of not blaming.
● Working name is ”Lasagne-Model”. Having start-ups, spaces for entrepreurs, learning infrastructure and space.
● Principle: ”We have to experience it ourselves.”

new places, get to know new organizations.

● We have to change the internal speech.

communications, EU projects)
