The purpose of this course is to provide

students with professional knowledge on the

application of the most advanced methods in

the field of Economics in general with

particular emphasis on International Business.

The course provides the necessary knowledge

in international business relations, specifically

the environment in which businesses operate,

strategies to penetrate foreign markets, and the

managerial aspects of doing business in the

international market.

After successful completion of this course,

students will be able to:

analyze the role and impact of international

business on national economic development;

explain how economic, political / legal, and

financial environments affect international

business operations;

assess how cultural and behavioral differences

affect countries' business practices, and how

these differences can be addressed using

appropriate strategies to penetrate foreign

REMARK

For each subject, students will be provided with necessary materials in Albanian.

At the end of each class, certain groups of students will be engaged in a task or case study on the

subject taught. The results achieved by that task, the student groups should present and discuss in

the class.

STUDENT REMARKS

First of all, the student must be aware and respect the institution and the school rules;

Must respect the schedule of lectures, exercises and seminars, be attentive to the classroom;

Possession and presentation of the identification document in tests and exams;

When designing seminar papers, the student must adhere to the instructions given by the teacher

for conducting research and technical work;

Tests and exams are assessed individually for each student. Therefore, students should focus only

Study purpose and course content

is to give a general introduction to the basic

HRM practice and concepts. It includes the

definition of HRM, HRM objectives, HRM

theory, HRM features, components of HRM

systems, HRM development as a method for

managing people, views expressed about HRM

by key performers, the context within which

HRM functions, and the ethical dimensions

that influence HR policy and practice.

Knowledge that students gain about the impact

of HR in the economy, namely their

intervention in the economy through labor law

policy instructors who serve the enterprise as a

primary source of personal income with which

it meets the needs of the individual and of the

individual and the fulfillment of civic

obligation.

The acquired skills of this course is to

encourage students to enter into problems

related to staff and their impact on the economy

Content:

The course will start with project planning, strategies

the organization will use, project selection and

implementation.

Purpose:

Project Management is an important subject for the

intellectual and professional development of students

planning to develop a professional career in the

Commercial Economics sector, either National or

International.

For the sake of better preparation,

students are required to read in advance

the materials distributed by the

professors on the topic to be discussed in

the following class, to create a general

understanding and recognition of the

material and topics to be discussed in the

lectures. . Students will be regularly

informed of the materials to be read for

subsequent classes. Students are also

encouraged to be active in teaching the

subject and to be independently

interested in understanding the subject

and topics covered during lectures and

exercises.

If students follow these tips, then they

will achieve good results, such as:

- Understanding projects;

- Identifying the factors that influence

successful projects;

METHODOLOGY FOR REALIZING LESSONS

The teaching methodology to be used in the presentation of the following program is based on in-

depth analysis of the materials selected as instructed by the subject professor.

Students have to face the problems of everyday life of research and interpretation, chosen among

the most common and typical ones in decision-making processes in the legal field. Students will

therefore not only be presented with the basic rules in the described resources, but the most

common problems that occur during their application to illuminate their structure and the related

interpretive problems.

CONDITIONS FOR REALIZING THE TEACHING THEME

Primary conditions are for students to be present, the room to be in good condition, the hall to

have laptops and projectors. Students are required to attend lectures and exercises regularly. They

need to come in time for instruction, keep calm and actively engage in dialogue in lectures.

The course will start with project planning, strategies

the organization will use, project selection and

implementation.

Purpose:

Information Systems Management is an important

subject for the intellectual and professional

development of students planning to develop a

professional career in the Commercial Economics

sector, either National or International.

For the sake of better preparation,

students are required to read in advance

the materials distributed by the

professors on the topic to be discussed

in the following class, to create a

general understanding and recognition

of the material and topics to be

discussed in the lectures. . Students will

METHODOLOGY FOR REALIZING LESSONS

The teaching methodology to be used in the presentation of the following program is based on in-

depth analysis of the materials selected as instructed by the subject professor.

Students have to face the problems of everyday life of research and interpretation, chosen among

the most common and typical ones in decision-making processes in the legal field. Students will

therefore not only be presented with the basic rules in the described resources, but the most

common problems that occur during their application to illuminate their structure and the related

interpretive problems.

CONDITIONS FOR REALIZING THE TEACHING THEME

Primary conditions are for students to be present, the room to be in good condition, the hall to

have laptops and projectors. Students are required to attend lectures and exercises regularly. They

need to come in time for instruction, keep calm and actively engage in dialogue in lectures.

REMARKS

For each subject, students will be provided with necessary materials in Albanian.

At the end of each class, certain groups of students will be engaged in a task or case study on the

subject taught. The results achieved by that task, the groups of students should present and

discuss in the class.

STUDENT REMARKS

First of all, the student must be aware and respect the institution and the school rules;

Must respect the schedule of lectures, exercises and seminars, must be attentive to the class;

The presentation of the ID in tests and exams is obligatory.

When designing seminar papers, the student must adhere to the instructions given by the teacher

for the research and technical implementation of the work;

Tests and exams are assessed individually for each student. Therefore, students should focus only

on personal knowledge.

Eventual violation of these ethical principles (rules) is punished in accordance with the norms

provided by law.

Course content and its study purpose Student's benefits:

The course purpose is to give students a clear

vision of economic systems , and the

importance of transition economy process

from the centralized economies toward the

market as well as to know the complexity of

this process. Furthermore, to learn the basic

idea that support stabilizing and supporting

reforms. It will also draw parallels between

the period before after transition in Kosovo.

After doing this course students will be capable

of demonstrating knowledge in these matters:

To understand the method of functioning of

centralized economies;

To understand the difficulties which former

socialist countries had at the beginning of

transformation process.

To evaluate alternative methods of privatization

and their implications in corporation restructuring

concept and corporation governance.

To understand the role of the government in its

impact horizon in the transition period, especially

its impact in the legislation concept, informal

economy and corruption.

METHODOLOGY FOR ATTAINING LECTURING TOPICS

The format of my work in this subject is organized through lecturing, seminar papers, practice

tasks, self-evaluation, group discussions etc. This form helps to avoid passivity of students and

at the same time to achieve incentive in creative and problematic learning working throughout

the class.

CONDITIONS FOR ATTAINING LECTURING TOPIC

The hall which obtains a computer and a projector and the board which is needed for math

exercises.
