LOY KRATHONG THEME NIGHTOne of Thailand’s most important and beautiful festivals, Loy Krathong dates back 700 years to the Sukhothai era and is traditionally celebrated in November on a full moon night. This ancient tradition has been celebrated throughout the Kingdom for centuries.

The name “Loy Krathong” has a literal translation: LOY means to �oat KRATHONG means leaf cup.The �oating of a leaf cup on the water is symbolic act performed during the festivities. Most Thais believe that this is a way of thanking the Mother of Waters for her bounty in providing water not only for drinking and washing, but for the essential means of livelihood for most Thais. Many people also believe that the candle on the Kratong continues to burn as the Krathong �oats away, good luck will come in the New Year.

Come celebrate this beautiful festival with us, with Thai Classical music and Krathong making demonstration. Enjoy an array of Thai and B.B.Q. Cuisine with live entertainment and Thai Dance Shows. To set the mood, guests are invited to �oat their Kratongs at our lagoon to �oat away all worries and unhappiness during the year.
