THEATER ROOM-RULES AND REGULATIONS

The use of Hampton Forest Theater is by reservation only through the Management Company to homeowners of Hampton Forest only on a first come first serve basis. The homeowner assumes the following responsibilities upon his or her reservation and is responsible for making sure all rules are followed by all guests at all times. ****When reserving the theater room you are NOT reserving the pool area as well. The pool area cannot be reserved. All residents of Hampton Forest should be able to gain access to the pool at all times.

1. Theater hours are 9:00am to midnight.

2. NO smoking inside the facility.

3. NO wet bathing suits inside the facility.

4. NO glass allowed inside the facility.

5. Homeowners are NOT allowed to buy any events, movies, or specials off of the network.

Upon the completion of your event you are responsible for the following:

1. Basic clean up of the facility, including restrooms. a. ALL trash is to be gathered, put in bags, and placed in the roll-curb trash bin located outside

of the clubhouse.

2. Power off all equipment including the surround sound, the cable box, and the projector. Return all remote controls to the drawer above the equipment.

3. Set the thermostat on 78 (Spring/Summer) and 62 (Fall/Winter) when you leave.

4. Turn off all lights in theater, restrooms, and outside.

5. Make sure all facility doors are closed and locked.
