If you have never been a member of
the YMCA, used the YMCA’s programs
or facilities, or have never created an
online account, you will need to click
on “Setup Online Account”. Proceed
to page 2.
If you have used the online registration system,
you will already have an account. Being a member
of the YMCA does not automatically create an
online account. Please log in to the system and
skip to page 5.

If you have never been part of the YMCA before, such as
used the YMCA facilities or programs, you will need to click
on “Create My Account”. It will guide you through entering in
account information such as household members, street
address, etc. Proceed to page 3.
If you or your child has ever been a member, whether program or facility,
you will need to click on “Find Me”. The system is going to ask for a couple
pieces of information to find your household within the system. Once it finds
your household, it will allow you to create your online account. Proceed to
page 4.

This is how the screen will appear when you are a brand new member to the YMCA: 1. It will ask you to create a log in with your email and a password. 2. Choosing a branch: The adult sports department is based out of the Northwest Family Cobb YMCA. Please choose this branch. 3. Household information: It will ask for your household members, birthdates, street address, phone number, etc. 4. Membership Coverage: You do not need a membership for adult soccer and it will allow you to skip this page. 5. Purchase Membership: You may skip this page as well. 6. Check out.
After you skip the membership pages and get past “Check Out”, it will take you to a page named “My Account”. Please proceed to page 5.

to the email we have on file.

Please click on “Find Programs/Register On-line”. This
will allow you to find the Adult Soccer Program to
register for in the system.

When you search for your class, it will appear as such. It will provide the title of the
class, the age bracket, and the price. Please select the class with a check mark and
click continue.
The system will automatically generate your price
based on your category of membership.

“Register for the classes checked below”

You will need to select the member of the household that is going to be
signing up for this class. Once both are checked, the class and the class
participant, click on “Add selections to shopping cart”.

Please read the Participant Waiver and click the box for “I have read this entire waiver and
understand and hereby agree to accept my responsibilities for participation and conduct in YMCA
programs and activities.” Once you have checked the box, please click on continue.

Click on “ADD” to add the team name that you are
requesting to play with. This will help us make sure
you are being placed on the correct team. An
example is shown on page 11 below.
Please click on this box, this allows you
to add the class to your shopping cart.
This class is optional. It is for the players who would like to multi-roster.
Multi-rostering allows a player to play with two teams, but teams must be
in two different divisions. If you choose to multi-roster leave the box
checked, but if you do not want to multi-roster, please uncheck the box.
*If you choose to multi-roster, please enter in the team name under
“Special Requests” and click on the check box to the left.

This is an example of the special requests screen:
You may change the “Type” of request and then
add the team name or team captain’s name in this
box. This helps to make sure you are rostered to
the correct team in the affinity system.

This screen shows how your shopping cart will appear when you add all the
items to your cart. Once all the items you are purchasing have been added to
your shopping cart, please click on “I’m done shopping, proceed to checkout”.

This is the checkout screen; you can see the price
that is due and the options for payment.

Fees are for the 2014-2015 season. Payment options are available when paying for Adult Soccer. You
may choose either full payment, auto charge monthly or auto charge weekly. You may click on the option
that best suits your payment abilities. If you choose to set up payments there is a $120 deposit. The
remaining fees are due by November 15th
, 2014; this is after the 9th
game of the fall season. Exception:
Multi-Roster fees are due up front and cannot be split into payments.
This is an example of a monthly payment option. You
may split the remaining $79 into up to three payments.

This is an example of choosing two monthly payments to pay the rest
of the adult soccer fees. It shows that you would pay the deposit (and
the multi-roster fee if elected) now and then shows the payments and
dates the system would draft in the months to come.
Once your payment method is selected, you can proceed to checkout and
make payments. Your registration will then be complete. We will be
sending weekly registration updates to the team captains.
