Summer studies for Adults “Make a Difference” Following Your Passion and Finding

Your Place to Serve, by James Harnish

This 6 week DVD study will be offered at two

different times:

Sundays 5:00-6:30pm beginning July 8

Tuesdays 12:00-1:00pm beginning July 10

Led by a team of laity and AUMC staff

Connect Your Passion with the World’s Great Need. Every day we see

that things are not right in our world, and as followers of Jesus Christ,

we have an impulse to do something about it. We long to connect our

passions and gifts with the world's great needs, making a unique

contribution for the healing of the world. In Make a Difference, author

James A. Harnish helps you answer the questions "How can I contribute

to God's healing work in this world?"; and "How can I find my place to

serve and make a difference?" Drawing upon biblical wisdom and real

stories of real people who have found their place to serve, he provides

practical guidance to help every disciple make a difference as a

participant in God's transformation of the world. Order your book at www.cokesbury.com or contact Ann Moss

[email protected] by June25.
