Bust Sizes: 32 (34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 48, 50) inches
Gauge: 19 stitches x 26 rows = 10 x 10cm / 4" x 4" on 4.5mm / US7 needles. Measured after blocking. Always use a needle size that will achieve the correct gauge.
Yarn: Lettlopi (Lopi light) 50g / 1.76 oz skeins, 100m/110 yards.
Option 1 Main color: 1404, Glacier blue
heather. 7 (8, 8, 9, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12) skeins.
Pattern color 1: 0051, White. 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2) skeins.
Pattern color 2: 1411, Sun yellow. 1 skein for all sizes.
Option 2 Main color: 0054, Ash heather. 7 (8, 8,
9, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12) skeins.

Maren Pattern
Pattern color 1: 0057, Grey heather. 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2) skeins.
Pattern color 2: 1410, Orange. 1 skein for all sizes.
Needles: 3.5mm / US4 and 4.5mm /US7 80cm / 32" circular needles and/or needles in same sizes for knitting a smaller diameter in the round (for example double pointed needles or two circular needles)
Other: two 20" pieces of scrap yarn, stitch markers, darning needle, crochet hook 3mm / US D, 5 buttons, approx 150cm / 60" of ribbon/trimming.
InstructionsWith smaller needles and pattern color 1, cast on 62 (62, 62, 66, 66, 66, 70, 72, 74) stitches.
Work 3 rows of K1, P1 ribbing.
Next row (RS): Switch to larger needles and work increase row as follows: Size 32 Knit (no increases) Size 34 - K1 [K15, M1] 4 times, K1. Size 36 - K3 [K7, M1] 8 times, K3. Size 38 - K3 [K10, M1] 6 times, K3. Size 40 - K3 [K6, M1] 10 times, K3. Size 42 - K3 [K5, M1] 12 times, K3. Size 44 - K5 [K5, M1] 12 times, K5.
Size 48 - K9 [K3, M1] 18 times, K9. Size 50 - K7 [K3, M1] 20 times, K7.
At the end of the row, join to work in the round and cast on one stitch at the join. This is the steek stitch that will remain purled from now on pm if desired. 63 (67, 71, 73, 77, 79, 83, 91, 95) stitches.
Work the pattern chart working all M1 increases as backward loop increases. Complete the chart - 242 (258, 274, 282, 298, 306, 322, 354, 370) stitches. Knit 4 (6, 6, 8, 8, 10, 10, 10, 12) rounds.
Shape the BackPlace markers in middle of back: P1, K120 (128, 136, 140, 148, 152, 160, 176, 184), pm, K1, pm, finish round.
Work Short Rows as FollowsP1, K to marked stitch, slip marker, K1, slip marker, K30 (32, 34, 35, 37, 38, 40, 44, 46), turn work, YO, P61 (65, 69, 71, 75, 77, 81, 89, 93), turn work, YO, *K to YO, knit YO with the next stitch to the left, K6, turn, YO, purl to YO, slip YO purlwise, slip following stitch knitwise, place slipped stitches back on left needle, purl these two stitches together through the back loops, P6, turn work, YO, repeat from * 2

Continue working body in the round, maintaining purled stitch at start of round, until work measures 28 (29, 31, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 37) cm / 11 (11.5, 12, 12, 12.5, 13, 13.5, 14, 14.5) inches.
Work hem/sleeve ribbing (see chart) for 6 (7, 7, 7, 8, 8, 8, 9, 9) cm / 2 (2.5, 2.5, 2.5, 3, 3, 3, 3.5, 3.5) inches. Bind off.
Sleeves Place sleeve stitches on needles. Join yarn and with right side facing, knit all stitches until reaching underarm cast
on.
