Quick describtion of me…I’m a young entrepreneur. A person that is responsible and eager to both make a difference and prove myself. I’ve a good confidence when I’m with people. I like talking, presentation, pitching and arguing for a belief, hopefully mine. I’m social and extrovert. I work best with other people around me, and to together creating brilliant solutions. I’ve an interest in society, globalization, economy and sociology. As an ambitious team worker do I really leave a mark where ever I go.

• I have studied rhetoric for seven years now. This is one of my greatest specializations, since I have been practicing it for a long time. I really enjoy the feedback after a speech. I’m fascinated by the power of the spoken word. I’m secure in both Swedish and English and have no problem talking in in front of a large number of people.

• I want to tell you that my communication skills go a bit further than just convincing people. I have trained reading body language and theoretical communication. Active listening, marketing communication is just one of many things that I’ve been practicing. Communication is maybe one of the hardest things to do. It’s necessary, and challenging, but equally rewarding.

• I’ve already studied leadership for three years, and two more years to come on Hyper Island. I’ve done two of the Swedish army’s leadership course and I’m familiar with many different kinds of leadership. One of my personal goals is to improve my overall leadership skills. I hope to be able to achieve that improvement during my internship period.

• CD is new to me, but it is already a darling of mine. The creative and innovative team work process that concept development is really appeals to me. To be truly original is hard, but I like to try. Sometimes I succeed, sometimes not. I’ve a mind that is fairly good on creating good ideas on my own, but I’m at my best when I’m building on other people’s ideas. That’s why I like to work together with a lot of people, I work together with them.

• I’m a young, innovative and passionate leader. I strive to for fill my dreams and ambitions. “Aim for the stars” is my life motto. I’m a down-to-earth responsible guy with a need to learn and improve myself.

• I’m an individual who believes that a team performs better than the individual and that a good leader is the difference between a good and a bad team. My goal is to be that leader that makes talented people creates fantastic things together.

• I feel a strong passion for leadership and team development. Before I began my training in the Business Management program, I have practiced leadership in my professional career. I have two years experience of working as a project manager. I have experience of success and failure and I have good knowledge of how a good leader should act. The reason I started to study is that I wanted to improve my leadership and achieve even better results.

• As a leader I have developed a great skills of observing communication. I like to make my voice heard, talk and pitch; I have also practiced this by teaching human behaviour and holding different workshops. Something I learned is that the foundation of a good organization is a good communication. A good leader should be able to communicate their message so that everyone understands.

What drives me, is to always do my best; I always find the passion for what I do. The most important thing for me is to always do my best and keep my focus on the goal. Passion is my help on the way to develop and succeed.

Music is my life. Listening to different kinds of music makes me motivated and helps me perform. For me, is there always something to listen to. Music can make the most boring task fun. I play the guitar myself and I find great pleasure in writing my own songs. I couldn't imagine a life in total silence.

To learn, to develop, to be an asset, to inspire and to motivate. That’s my mission in life.

Neon colors were matched with pastel colors and t-shirt under the jacket was the fashion. The 80s is almost over and we are now moving into the 90s, but first we must make a short stop.

The year is 1988 and it is April 12, this is the day I came to the world.

I’m very open and social person. I like working in groups because I like to get inspired and inspire others. Including others in the process of developing ideas is essential to me. I would like to see my self as an responsible, accepting person. I like to have many things to do at the same time this is when I work as best!

Communication is something close to my heart, I learned a lot about it when I was a dance instructor, etc. At Hyper Island, I have continued my development within the subject. I have learned to adapt myself to the recipient and I try to be as clear as possible. I do hate conflicts, but I have learned to manage them really effectively.

My upper secondary education had a specialization in leadership. Now, am I looking forward on another one and a half years of leadership training here at Hyper Island. I’ve done a leadership course and the Myers Briggs test. My personality type is INFP.

I’m pedagogic as a leader, and I want everyone to feel included. I always strive to be successful and reach my high goals.

For me to do my work as great as it can be I need structure. If I feel that the project lacks structure, I won’t hesitate to take the time the project needs to get structured again. I like to have a clear picture of what the goal is.
