When you travel, repeat the line I am a Sovereign . to everyone between the ticketcounter and your gate who may challenge you. Be ready to be intimidated, but standyour ground or rather hold your ground while you are moving.We are passing on this info, after seeing what TSA is doing to our people, we felt it

was our duty to give you this information. No one has a right to see your ticket or ID.Only the Airline Representative can request your ticket period. The last time weinvoked our rights this way, was before the pat downs, (and this was after seeing

other people doing it) we simply did not want to take off our shoes, belt etc, and walkedright through TSA without even having our carry-on scanned. We thought that washumiliating enough, we cannot imaging anyone touching us or our children, or seeingus naked. They tried their typical intimidation, called the supervisor, but when westarted taking names they got out of our way. They may not say you are free to go, theymay just step aside or say you are not detained, this is their consent, so start or betterkeep walking.

It is a mind game. TSA agents or local policemen (who also work for a local corporation) cannot holdyou or restrict your movement without violating the warning you gave them.

Be sure to have at least a tape recorder in your hand, pocket or hanging around yourneck, and let them know they are being recorded for your safety, if you can video tape itall the better. We are getting lots of folks interested in no longer giving their consentand many of the questions are similar that is why we included the above details. which is fed to them by Liberal and Conservative talking heads alike, as well asDemocrats and Republicans. Because most populations are ignorant of their rights, it iseasy to manipulate them. and out of your pants, it is a good idea to have a competent Attorney who can help youfile the proper forms so you can win a Case against any United States corporateemployee, but please remember, if the Judge (who works for the United States) canshow that you even gave the hint of a consent he will rule in favor of the UnitedStates Agent. Please remember that every Judge, works for the United Statescorporation and therefore his first interest is to protect the corporate interest not yours.Let us put TSA out of service, this is a battle we can win simply by denying ourconsent, then we can take out other Government corporations.

(a) Law enforcement terrorism prevention program

(1) In general

The Administrator shall ensure that not less than 25 percent of the total combined fundsappropriated for grants under sections 604 and 605 of this title is used for lawenforcement terrorism prevention activities.

(2) Law enforcement terrorism prevention activities

Law enforcement terrorism prevention activities include(A) information sharing and analysis;(B) target hardening;(C) threat recognition;(D) terrorist interdiction;

(2) Personnel

(A) In generalNot more than 50 percent of the amount awarded to a grant recipient under section 604or 605 of this title in any fiscal year may be used to pay for personnel, includingovertime and backfill costs, in support of the permitted uses under subsection (a).

(6) greater Federal investment in transit security improvements per passenger boardingis necessary to better protect the American people, given transit's vital importance increating mobility and promoting our Nation's economy.( Now here we see that under the pretext of security and economic growth, more

American wealth will be consumed to expand the 6000 Transportation corporations )

(Now here we can see that the growth of Government Corporation Employees is theKey. Every agency created allows for a biggercorporate Army to be used against the

Free People. Those employed by the Government Corporation are unaware that they

TITLE 50--WAR AND NATIONAL DEFENSE CHAPTER32--CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL WARFARE PROGRAM

Sec. 1520a. Restrictions on use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biologicalagents

(a) Prohibited activities

The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract)--

(1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent

or biological agent on a civilian population; or

(2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.

(b) Exceptions

Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the

prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test

or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:

(1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical,

therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research

activity.

(2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against

toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.

(3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related

to riot control.

(c) Informed consent required

The Secretary of Defense may conduct a test or experiment described

in subsection (b) of this section only if informed consent to the

testing was obtained from each human subject in advance of the testing

on that subject.

(d) Prior notice to Congress

Not later than 30 days after the date of final approval within the

Department of Defense of plans for any experiment or study to be

conducted by the Department of Defense (whether directly or under

contract) involving the use of human subjects for the testing of a

chemical agent or a biological agent, the Secretary of Defense shall

submit to the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate and the

Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives a report

setting forth a full accounting of those plans, and the experiment or

study may then be conducted only after the end of the 30-day periodbeginning on the date such report is received by those committees.

(e) `Biological agent'' defined

In this section, the term ``biological agent'' means any micro-

organism (including bacteria, viruses, fungi, rickettsiac, or protozoa),

pathogen, or infectious substance, and any naturally occurring,

bioengineered, orsynthesized component of any such micro-organism,

pathogen, orinfectious substance, whatever its origin or method of

production, that is capable of causing--

(1) death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a human,

an animal, a plant, or another living organism;

(2) deterioration of food, water, equipment, supplies, or

materials of any kind; or

(3) deleterious alteration of the environment.
