The rooms are perfect for the “classic” hotel guest of upscale city hotels and are equipped with exceptional comfort, fully equipped kitchenettes and an abundance of services for extended stay guests. The German-market leader offers a total of 2,500 hotel rooms and apartments in seven attractive cities, including Berlin, Bonn, Frankfurt am Main, Munich, Nuremberg, Weimar and Vienna.

SOLUTION

As online forums and social media platforms continued to grow, Derag needed an efficient way to understand what customers were saying in these forums.
