approaches. It is always such an exciting and busy time in the real estate market.

Many people will be relocating, moving up and moving down, or what we like to

call “right-sizing”. � is is season is no di� erent, and we are ready to assist buyers

and sellers who choose to entrust their important move to us.

� is Summer, more than others, it is easy to recognize the list of incredible things

happening in our local area. � e fact that North Texas is a fabulous place to raise a

family, can attract and grow businesses small and large and has such an appealing

cost of living has resonated throughout our Country. With the increase in growth

and population, the forecast for the housing market remains very strong, for not

only new builder neighborhoods, but for pre-owned homes as well. In 2015, there

were far fewer homes on the market than I have seen in many years. Numerous

areas experienced record-setting low inventory levels. Due to continued low

interest rates, the demand for housing continues and this is causing a rise in home

prices in 2016. Experts agree, we are in a strong housing market, not a housing

“bubble.”
