1 THE IMPORTANCE OF COAL MINE VENTILATION
1.1 Component and Targets of Coal Mine Ventilation
Components: Including fan, ventlation network, ventlation
establishment , Monitoring System. etc .
Target 1: During normal production period, provide fresh air to
mine continuously, to ensure the tempertaure, methane and dust
under safe limitation.
Target 2: During accidents period, control of the amount of wind
direction and wind timely and effectively, Prevent the expansion
of disasters, and reduce casualties and property losses.

mining environment

2.1 History of China ventilation technology
China’s mine ventilation technology has a long history more than 3000
years.
Both Phoenix mountains mining sites and Daye mining sites have,
natural ventilation system , more than 3000 years.
Chinese mining industry and ventilation technology has a Sharp
increase during the 18-19 century Industrial Revolution in Europe.
After long-term accumulation and continuous, ventilation plays an
important role in coal mine production.
China’s mine ventilation technology has a long history more than 3000
years.

2.2 Policy guidelines of China ventilation technology

Outputs based on ventilation is defined as the core of mine
ventilation management, includes 2 parts: Change of outputs is calculated by the actual air-flux of mine and
whole mining working faces.
Reason of lack of air: change of working conditions ( such as forecasting methane is to
be lower ) change of outputsHave reasonable ventilation mode and system.
