The PIFFER is a journal that was printed by the Regimental Center of the Frontier Force Regiment of Pakistan Army. "PIFFER" is the colloquial name of the Frontier Force Regiment. This edition was published in May, 1991 with Brig Fazle Qadir as the Patron and Commandant of the Frontier Force Regimental Center in Abbottabad and Col Hamid Mahmood, Deputy Commandant, as its Editor-in-Chief. It chronicles the major events and activities of the year at the Regimental Center and offers a glimpse into the history and traditions of this regiment.
