What does the NHS mean for the Law & justice sector?
In the NHS, 31 strategic objectives and 60 major activity areas list the Law and Justice Sector as one
of the key implementers.
The NHS aims to improve the implementation of laws that protect human rights such as the HAMP Act. It has strategic objectives about how the law and justice sector can protect vulnerable people from HIV such as prisoners or youths who are in trouble with the law.

are part of organisations work. Do you currently
collect this information?
• If yes how is it reported and to whom?
• If no how could you collect the information and
how could it be reported?
LJS annual expenditure on HIV and AIDS disaggregated by agency and by recurrent, development or external funding sources (P-3, C-2.3, SO-2.3.4)
LJS annual expenditure on HIV and AIDS as a proportion of total annual funding disaggregated by agency (P-3, C-2.3, SO-2.3.4)
