This follows the last live episode about the US military, and the episode on Fukushima. Both of these episodes aimed at creating a sense of urgency for the Global Currency Reset. enough people know the reality. I have been describing the corrupt Banking Cartel in this DC TV Series. We have already succeeded in convincing a critical mass of people of the ultimate reality of humanity’s wealth in the Global Debt Facility, and the Banking Cartel's lies. Reality is manifest. What is the 100 monkey effect? When you reach critical mass, this manifests in reality.

The hundredth monkey phenomenon refers to a sudden spontaneous and mysterious

leap of consciousness achieved when an allegedly "critical mass" point is reached. The

idea of the hundredth monkey phenomenon comes from Dr. Lyall Watson (1938-2008)

in his book Lifetide (1979). Watson, who had a Ph.D. in ethology for work done at the

London Zoo with Desmond ("The Naked Ape") Morris, was writing about several studies

done in the 1960's by several Japanese primatologists of Japanese macaques (Macaca

fuscata). Watson alleged that the scientists were "reluctant to publish [the whole story]

for fear of ridicule." He wrote that he had "to gather the rest of the story from personal

anecdotes and bits of folklore among primate researchers, because most of them are

still not quite sure what happened." So, wrote Watson:

I am forced to improvise the details, but as near as I can tell, this is what seems to have

happened. In the autumn of that year an unspecified number of monkeys on Koshima

were washing sweet potatoes in the sea. . . . Let us say, for argument's sake, that the

number was ninety-nine and that at eleven o'clock on a Tuesday morning, one further

convert was added to the fold in the usual way. But the addition of the hundredth

monkey apparently carried the number across some sort of threshold, pushing it

through a kind of critical mass, because by that evening almost everyone was doing it.

Not only that, but the habit seems to have jumped natural barriers and to have

appeared spontaneously, like glycerine crystals in sealed laboratory jars, in colonies on

other islands and on the mainland in a troop at Takasakiyama.

Yes, according to Watson, one monkey taught another to wash sweet potatoes who

taught another who taught another and soon all the monkeys on the island were

washing potatoes where no monkey had ever washed potatoes before. When the

"hundredth" monkey learned to wash potatoes, suddenly and spontaneously and

mysteriously monkeys on other islands, with no physical contact with the potato-

washing cult, started washing potatoes! Was this monkey telepathy? One explanation

is the collective unconscious.

The Banking Cartel and the rest of humanity are now in a

direct duel, with me as Overseer Mandate Trustee

"embedded" as it were in the Board of Governors of the World

Bank and IMF and in the rest of humanity. I am going to be

letting everyone know what is going on, and you all will be the

first to get a progress report. There is absolutely no possible

scenario for the Banking Cartel to win. Either we have a

Global Currency Reset, or we land in WWIII. The likelihood

that we have a Global Currency Reset is 90-95%. We are

following the power transition model from the US National War College. The silence

from Donald Trump, Neil Gorsuch, Joseph Dunford. This is an admission of guilt, there

is no other explanation. I am reinforcing this message here and now.

Right now it appears as if the Banking Cartel is trying to convince people of a different

reality. There is only one reality, either we succeed in having a Global Currency Reset

and exchange the Banking Cartel's worthless paper for local currencies issued by villages

and towns and national currencies out of the world's monetary gold reserves in the

Global Debt Facility, or we all perish.

Why do I say this? Because agents of the Banking Cartel are now lying and trying to

"manufacture" an audit of gold held by the Fed. There is no audit of gold held by the

Fed. The Fed. has no gold. The Fed purchased the gold which it returned to Germany on

the open market. The Fed is now bankrupt from the 270 trillion in bonds which it issued

in the 1930’s where interest has been compounding. The Treaty of Versailles Bonds held

by the Global Debt Facility are now worth over 2 quadrillion dollars. I recorded

financing statements UCC-1 forms with the 11 secretaries of state of the states in which

the Federal Reserve Banks are located. When Jesse White, Secretary of State of Illinois,

tried to void the financing statement against the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, the

Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF overruled Jesse White.

The Banking Cartel is now using its agents to claim through a bogus freedom of

information act request, that there was an Audit of the Gold held by the Fed. In reality

there has only been a fraudulent paper audit. There was never a physical audit, as

published by Silver Dollar and Koos Jansen. This is only a hoax and fake news. The

Freedom of Information Act information is a total lie. It was manufactured after the

fact. This is a convenient lie. It doesn't require any certifications.

How do I know this? It is because the Treasury and Office of Inspector General Audit

was only done by looking at a paper schedule. The qualified language of the Office of

Inspector General saying that they simply did a paper audit, and the language to this

effect in the schedule, was removed from the internet. I referred to this language here:

Germany did not take the US Treasury's word that Germany's international monetary gold reserves were "safe" with them. Do yourself a favor and turn off the mainstream media, and realize that the vast

majority of what you learn from the alternative media is also bought and paid for by the

Banking Cartel. Your small group will need to figure out what is real and what is fake

news. You will need to help each other figure out how the Banking Cartel is trying to

influence you by their military technology. Many of us are getting to be good at sorting

out what is really going on. Once you know that mind control technology exists and is

being used very widely, you too will become proficient in seeing through the matrix.

More and more information about our wealth in the Global Debt Facility and the Global Currency Reset has been spreading. I am enjoying all this publicity. There is quite a bit of disinformation. This is what you would expect. People who have not been following me for very long and have not seen my consistent record over time are more vulnerable to the Banking Cartel's divide and conquer tactics. The Banking Cartel is trying to distract us from the task at hand: cutting off funding to the Banking Cartel from paper currencies. None of the Banking Cartel's attacks raises anything new. The Global Currency Reset belongs to all of humanity. That is why we have 90-95% likelihood of succeeding, according the Department of Defense Power Transition model that came to the World Bank from the National War College in 2004. In an editorial in the New York Times, Gen. John Spencer was trying to isolate the US

military from social media to shield the traitors like General Dunford from the truth.

When Chuck Hagel left as Secretary of Defense, he put in an extra layer of approval for a nuke being utilized by the U.S. military. That is why Chuck Hagel was commencing a court martial process against Martin Dempsey and Jon Rymer before Hagel was forced to step down. The US military is on the side of the coalition for the rule of law. The ultimate proof of course is the weakness of the Federal Reserve Note. The US military strength is underpinned by the US monetary gold in the Global Debt Facility. Germany and Japan, who depend on US military for their defense, are simply not going to allow the Federal Reserve Note to crash. For that matter, the people in the US are not going to hand over their pensions and bank accounts to the Banking Cartel either. The Banking Cartel is insolvent and is getting wound down in the Global Debt Facility. The traitors in the US military know that they are surrounded by loyal troops.

At the end of the teleprompter for the segment that aired on February 22, 2017 was a warrant for my arrest by Interpol, that had been issued by Bertrand Badré, as Acting President of the World Bank. Badré was trying to invalidate the Global Debt Facility that contains the world's monetary gold reserves, other precious metals, gemstones, art treasures, and other wealth. Instead, I voided what Bertrand Badré was trying to do, and the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF fired Badré. I speak for the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF on matters involving the Global Debt Facility. I also represent the US on the Board of Governors until the US Constitution of 1789 goes back into effect and speak on behalf of the beneficiaries of the Global Debt Facility. This is necessary in order to get the Global Currency Reset underway.

Humanity and the Banking Cartel are now engaged in a head-to-head battle. For those people who ask me how long it is going to take before the Global Currency Reset, I say: watch to see the outcome of this battle. It is 95% likely according to the National War College's power transition model, that we are going to have the Global Currency Reset. The Federal Reserve Note is going to be exchanged for local currencies, as well as US Treasury Dollars. I am criticized that "nothing ever materializes" in a desperate last-ditch effort by the Banking

Cartel to convince people that we are not on track for the Global Currency Reset. This is not

true. The dominoes are continuing inexorably to fall.

There have many milestones along the way. We are talking about a major collaboration.

There is a critical mass of humanity who understands our joint efforts to rid ourselves from the massive corruption in the international financial system. The whole process began at the end of WWII when José Rizal and Ferdinand Marcos placed humanity's wealth in a trust and established the World Bank and IMF as a global cooperative to deploy humanity's assets after 50 years had passed and all competing claims for these assets had become invalid under the Roman concept of statute of limitations.
