But it took us only 15 year from the invention of the MRI until we connected our brain to a computer Magnetic resonance imaging was invented by Paul C. Lauterbur in September 1971 The first neuroprosthetic devices implanted in humans appeared in the mid-1990s.

In 2004 Frank Levy and Richard Murnane. Lets look at transportation. While current infrastructure is there to accommodate the need to move everyone from point A to B, the new dawn of telepresence  technologies will bring us as close as possible to teleportation —  once we can fully immerse ourselves, we can manifest our existence and interact with others in this digital playground. We will experience  without travel. or travel without moving.

Sir Joseph William Bazalgette

City is the oldest social/political economic zone

More than half of the world population live in cities. 3.7 billion people lives in urban areas today and that number will double by 2050. By 2030 the majority of urbanisation will occur in the developing world.

- Mayors are the immediate citizens that can impact the early phases of any idea. They are connected and competitive.

Meanwhile in the real world… More than half of the world population live in cities. 3.7 billion people lives in urban areas today and that number will double by 2050. By 2030 the majority of urbanisation will occur in the developing world. We have cities for 5000 years and nations hundreds of years https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Bazalgette https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Stink (http://www.worldbank.org/en/news/press-release/2013/04/17/developing-countries-need-to-harness-urbanization-to-achieve-mdgs-imf-world-bank-report) (http://www.forbes.com/sites/danielrunde/2015/02/24/urbanization-development-opportunity/#3282dc446277) Crisis planning and strategy meetings were held and huge infrastructure projects started .....An do you know what? New tech solved it. https://theintercept.com/2016/05/02/whatsapp-used-by-100-million-brazilians-was-shut-down-nationwide-today-by-a-single-judge/

How do you scale that? The current generation of C-Suites (excluding few) and politicians is managing the world to underutilize the potentials of digital technology in almost every area. We live in an "expired social structures!" — most of the structures around us (urban, medical, education, transportation and more) will not survive the test of the next change, and therefore leaving us with patterns from the 19th (at best). This includes the here and now and not considering the impact of the "things we don't know that we don't know" — the upcoming technologies that we can't even imagine.  We are led by blind people who are blind to our blindness — we are forced to sleep the biggest change humanity ever experienced. Is the space shuttle is designed around 2 horses ? the past informs the future. Take for example the space shuttle. Possibly one of man kinds greatest achievements with Rockets and those rocket boosters have to travel through a tunnel on their way from where they are manufactured. The tracks in that tunnel are 4ft 8.5 inches wide. This gauge is the same as the tram tracks used in England which are that gauge because of wagon ruts which are that width because of the distance between 2 horses. Unintended consequences Mexico ban one day driving your car. Drives went and bought new cheap cars more polluting.

Interaction mesh: The definition of all potential interaction touch-points where we can have a dialog with our customer. These touch-points will create a potential well rounded model of the behavior and tendencies, which can be shaped to predictive and empathetic solutions. Ambient experience: The Ambient User experience is created to subtly align with user expectations. The design applied to the context in which users get things done in the course of using a service. One can say that creation of the environment within the context of the shown message can be controlled and deliberately subverted. At its core ambient experiences are based on ambient intelligence that with augmented reality and virtual reality can be totally controlled experiences. Advanced system learning: In research this is often referred to as AI, once complex machine learning and deep learning converges on systems that are adaptive, they leap into the area of predictive and representational learning. The need for systems that can adapt and improve over time will be the core of any product manufacturer going forward. Implementation of such systems are directly applicable in all aspects of logistics, manufacturing, engineering, design, customer handling and a key factor for creation of the customer experience. One can say that the core stem of the business can directly affect the outcome of the customer journey. Adjustive materials: The Adjustive materials design has been spearheaded with the creation of Atap Jacquard, and can to some extent be seen in composite and additive products. Being in it’s infancy it’s easy to say that any innovation is a great leap forward, yet it will undoubtable create a disruption in all mechanical production. With materials enabling multipurpose functionality, and enabling transforming features one can say that the limitations of applications once matured, is only that of the imagination

While we start being conscious to our own digital self definition, we tend to do so only when interacting with screens; and blind to our digital ego now being part of a new model that can organises, identify, and interpret us as part of its perception of reality and not reality itself - We are the sensory data of a new digital ontology. What are the fundamental qualities of reality? Digital folds time and space – it doesn't flow in the same way. Far away is here. Every interaction is here and now. It’s few step a head. Distraction. Six links of separations. Operate in a different rhythm then the other but still connected to the other. We operate at the speed of the computers. Our brain thinks digital. We define our existence by looking at screens. How do we transform the real self. It’s cannibalize time – Can we fight it? What are the fundamental qualities of reality? We barely learned to crawl in this new world of "the digital realm" and we have already crossed to the point of no return. - What is going to happen next is interesting, our reality is not our only reality. Emerging "parallel circular causality" universes will be our new normal. We live digital life, much of our existence now processed through the digital. While we start being conscious to our own digital self definition, we tend to do so only when interacting with screens; blind to our digital ego now being part of a new model that can organises, identify, and interpret us as part of its perception of reality and not reality itself.
