Services:• Contingency Search CSI offers a contingency search service for most positions so there is no risk in giving us an opportunity to fill your critical job openings. Simply said, if we don’t find you the best candidate, then there are no fees due.

• Retained Services Retained searches are unique, but for senior level roles or difficult skillsets, contractual fee agreements are sometimes required. A retained search can often require twice as many man hours as a typical contingency search. A retained search allows us to invest the time, effort, and expense in finding the talent that you need.
