TCH PROGRAMS & EVENTS!Dear TCH Friends and Supporters,As we prepare for the onset of warmer weather, TCH is delighted to bring to you a dynamite collection of spring 2015 programs and events. These offerings are sure to deliver on The Community House’s (TCH) promise of heightened learning, camaraderie and the satisfaction of knowing your participation helps TCH, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, raise funds for our outreach programs, to support 14 nonprofits and TCH Sponsored Groups, and for the preservation of our historic building. Center for Wealth Education Returns TCH’s Center for Wealth Education (CWE) popular series returns with two new panels on March 25th and April 22nd (6:30-8:30pm). TRANSFERS/CREDITS/REFUNDS: If you cannot attend a course as planned, you may receive a class credit. You must inform TCH three business days prior to the first class meeting. Credits may be applied toward the cost of any future TCH course within the next year from date of issuance. If you contact us less than three days in advance, you are entitled to a class credit valued at 50% of the class fee. If you contact TCH on the day of the class or after the class has occurred, you are not entitled to a class credit or transfer of any kind.

Special events and certain courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. These non-refundable courses are indicated in course description.

Refunds are given only if TCH cancels a class. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. TCH reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, fees, and instructors when necessary. Please no audio or video recording during classes without prior permission from the instructor.

MEDICAL WAIVER: If you are medically unable to continue in a course in which you are registered, a prorated refund will be issued upon receipt of a doctor’s note.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:TCH will not issue refunds for classes which have been postponed due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to reschedule such classes.

TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS• One day trips are subject to a $15 cancellation fee. If you cancel

less than 15 days prior to the date of departure there will be no refund. We will do all possible to resell the space and in that case you will be refunded all but the $15.

• No refunds are given for non-refundable expenditures (tickets, etc.) unless traveler cancels 30 days in advance.

• Cancellation on overnight, weekend and extended trips vary with the trip.

• The cancellation policy will be given to you upon receipt of registration.

• It is recommended that you evaluate whether travel insurance should be considered.
