It’s that time of the year again, New Year’s resolutions, going to the gym, changing old habits, etc. Making lifestyle changes should be a way of living and thinking. It begins with the mind and something that you have to want to do as a way of doing things to live a healthier life. So many times we start a goal or shall I say a “New Year’s Resolution” and it eventually diminish in the
wind! This year set your mind to want to make a change not only for yourself, but for your body. Remember, once we put something in our mind, we will make the change. But you have to START first! You have to tell yourself I will make a CHANGE. Than you have to COMMIT to it. Than you have to watch out for the CHALLENGES and know it will be a SLOW PROCESS. It will take HARD WORK and leave out any EXCUSES. But always know, when you START, you have to FINISH! Just like running a race, except this race is a lifetime COMMITMENT, “A New Beginning, A Healthier
You!”
