    After many years of faithful and dedicated service to the Cathedral Parish, Berry Mang will be retiring on Friday, February 14, 2020. We will have a celebration brunch to honor Berry on Sunday, February 23 after the 10:00 a.m. Mass at Bishop Howard Memorial Auditorium. RSVP’s are required.     Viewing of the movie, Unplanned – A look inside the abortion industry from a woman who was once a passionate advocate. 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 10, 2020, St. Agnes Parish Murphy Hall, 1680 Dixie HWY, Fort Wright, KY. All are welcome. Due to the content, those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have a note from their parent. Refreshments-no cost.

    Scholarship Opportunity – The 2020 Wallace Woods Good Neighbor Scholarship is currently accepting applications. The $500 scholarship award is based on community service. It is open to Covington residents up to and including those 24 years of age, who will be attending an accredited post-secondary institution in 2020-2021.     Bible Study – The next books of the Bible to be taught by Reverend Timothy Schehr are Chronicles, Ezra and Maccabees. ME-TV is an affiliate of NBC/WLWT. The airing covers the Diocese of Covington, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, partially the Archdiocese of Indianapolis and the Diocese of Lexington.

    Care of the Sick – If you know of a parishioner who is in the hospital or care center who would like a visit from the parish clergy please contact Sister Barbara Woeste at the Parish Office. Because of the privacy laws often times we do not receive a phone call from the institution. We rely on family or friends to let us know when someone is in the hospital.

    Women's Retreat – February 28 to March 1, 2020 – Take Up Your Cross Jesus tells us that unless we are willing to take up our cross, we cannot be His follower. What does it mean to "take up our cross" and how does that help us follow Him? Join Monsignor Bill Cleves and Deacon Dave Profitt as they lead a Lenten Retreat on the meaning of the cross in our lives. The retreat will be held at St. Anne Retreat Center. Doors open on Friday at 4:00 p.m., the retreat begins at 5:30 p.m. with dinner, and concludes on Sunday after 11:00 a.m. Mass. The cost is $150.00, including lodging and meals. Registration deadline is February 14.
