Arbroath & District Crime Prevention Panel hold an open seminar to look at the issues surrounding youth crime within the Arbroath area. Concerns raised in the following areas:

• Substance misuse• Crime• Unemployment• Social Deprivation • Neglect• Mental Health• Wellbeing
