Fragmented: one union for each professional or occupational group, organised in one town/city or region;
Vertical organisation: unions can be affiliated to regional/state federations or national confederations organised in the same sector;
Horizontal: union can be affiliated to national trade union federations (Main federations: CUT, FS, CTB, CGTB, NCST);
Compulsory Funding: union budget is composed by a union tax (one-day-a-year mandatory discount of each formal worker)

One single Annual Collective Agreement for all bank workers in the whole country
Individual banks have additional agreements to the main one
