To encourage those of the Jewish faith towards greater commitment to Jewish observance and lifestyle by increasing their understanding, appreciation and practice of Jewish traditions, customs and laws.

WE LOOK FOR PARTNERS WHO
The foundati on is closing its doors in January 2020 and will spend all of its assets by then except for an endowment for our operati ng cultural center in Jerusalem.
The foundati on will not endow any programs or insti tuti ons other than Beit AVI CHAI in Jerusalem.
In anti cipati on of the foundati on’s closing, staff is working with key grantees to build internal capaciti es for their sustainability and viability post AVI CHAI.
AVI CHAI plans to use the remaining seven years to develop partnerships to support existi ng and co-create new programs in our areas of interest.
