ADDRESS OF THE NEWLY APPOINTED CHAIRMAN OF
ABM RESOURCES NL
“Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen and thank you for passing all the resolutions that will be the basis of this company moving forward. Firstly I would like to thank Mr. Andrew Simpson, Mr Simon Rigby and Mr Imants Kins in his Executive Chairman’s role for their contributions to the development of this company and wish them all the best for their future endeavours. “Having been a student of mineral exploration risk and value for some time, I am very aware of the importance of three key components of a successful exploration strategy: A quality mineral province, and the capability in the management and exploration team to become the experts in identifying, ranking and testing exploration targets in the province at the lowest possible cost per target. Sufficient ground holdings in the province to enable the generation of tens to more than 100 targets. This is critical to enable the company to beat the inherent odds of success in our business. Sufficient funds and sufficiently patient investors to enable the team to generate, test and turn over sufficient targets. I am very confident that ABM has the team, the ground holdings and the quality province in the Tanami-Arunta, and am assured that we have investors who understand the need for patience and sufficient funding. It is a particularly exciting time to be joining ABM Resources. As all relevant Resolutions have been passed Mr Holden will now present to the Members an outlook on the company’s strategy in the future. Please welcome Mr Holden, the newly appointed Managing Director of ABM Resources for his presentation.”
ADDRESS OF THE NEWLY APPOINTED MANAGING DIRECTOR
“Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen: I would like to thanks you for your support of the Resolutions put before this Meeting and it is my pleasure to introduce you the new projects in the Tanami area, which are still subject to completion of various conditions by Tanami Gold and ABM, and the strategic outlook of ABM”

40 holes were drilled over the central area at Tekapo covering approximately 800m by 1000m. Holes were spaced approximately 50m along E-W lines with lines
approximately 100m apart. Only holes with significant intercepts above selected cut-offs are reported here and all hole locations are shown on slide 27. All
assays were completed on approximately 1m composite samples of Aircore chips with either fire assay or aqua regia for gold. There has been no diamond drilling
into bedrock at Tekapo.

Over 80 holes were drilled over the central area at Sabre covering approximately 600m by 800m. Only holes with significant intercepts above selected cut-offs
are reported here. All holes are shown on Slide 25. All assays were completed on approximately 1m composite samples of Aircore chips, Rotary Air Blast (RAB),
Reverse Circulation (RC) or Diamond Drilling (DD) with either fire assay or aqua regia for gold.
