•  Entry-­‐point  ini1a1ves  such  as  MDM  (22%)  and  mobile  access  to  company  email  (17%)  are  top  end-­‐user  compu1ng  ini1a1ves    

•  32%  of  organisa1ons  have  no  management  solu1on  for  phones  and  tablets  

• Organisa1ons  set  to  focus  on  mobile  IT  management  (37%)  and  mobile  enterprise  applica1ons  (37%)  in  the  near  future

• REGIONAL:  Australasia  more  likely  to  consider  advanced  func1onality  like  enterprise  file  sync  and  share  (16%)  over  email  and  calendaring  access  (3%)  

• CONCLUSION:  The  global  end-­‐user  compu1ng  market  is  s1ll  in  the  process  of  maturing.  

What’s holding your business back? •  IT  responding  to  problems  (82%)  is  more  likely  to  drive  end-­‐user  compu1ng  than  demand  from  users  (79%)  

•  82%  of  respondents  say  security  is  a  key  challenge  •  78%  of  organisa1ons  believe  systems  interoperability  is  important,  yet  around  half  suffer  from  limited  integra1on    

What’s holding your business back?    • REGIONAL:  The  US  is  the  only  region  where  business  demand  (83%)  is  the  key  driver  of  end-­‐user  compu1ng    

• CONCLUSION:  Businesses  must  overcome  integra1on  and  security  challenges  to  see  their  mobility  strategies  mature
