FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
POSITION HERE AT OLV
We are looking for an experienced receptionist/administrative assistant to efficiently operate the front desk at the parish office. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week (8:30 am-4:30 pm Mon-Fri). The responsibilities of this job are: greeting guests and answering phones, publishing the weekly bulletin,
assisting all staff and ministry leaders with administrative needs that include many detailed tasks, data entry, and communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel) is required. Experience with Microsoft Publisher is desired, not mandatory, however this program is used to compile our bulletin so will need to be learned. We are
looking for a candidate who is a self starter, quick learner, attentive to detail, has excellent communication and
writing skills, practices their Catholic faith and would love working for the Church. Please submit your resume to
