Our Vision and Values

Fulfilling lives

Fulfilling lives is our core purpose, we believe every resident should be treated with empathy, care and respect.

Every one of us makes a difference. We know that even the little things we do can make a difference, like gardening on a sunny afternoon, sitting and having a cup of tea or talking about old times. We take our time with residents to ensure we get to know them and what’s best for them. Caring, passionate and teamwork are the values that underpin everything we do, and we have never before seen these values demonstrated more than right now during these challenging times.

Fulfilling lives

Living well with Dementia

The number of people living with Dementia is on the rise, and we pride ourselves on our approach to providing teams with training and support to understand the challenges that arise for those individuals.

We have a number of Dementia workshops that you can take part in to learn more about residents needs.

Become a ‘Dementia Friend’ by completing the simple eLearning module on your console

Working at Care UK

BuddyWe want you to settle in right from the start of your journey, so we aim to allocate a buddy to each new starter. These are unknown times, and presently it may be that not every home can offer this service, but where possible your buddy will be there to show you the ropes, help you through your induction, introduce you to the team and answer any questions.

The HubThe Hub is your first port of call for questions
