What were your biggest surprises?

Sales staff was very laid back.There was strategic product placement/ads,

but no aggressive push to buy anything (maybe due to lack of commission sales)

Are there opportunities hidden in plain sight?

All the locations sold food/candy/snacks, but only Starbucks sold music even though it was constantly in the background everywhere.
