Pakistan in Past

⬜ Pakistan with a GDP growth rate of 6.8% in

1960s was seen as model economic

development around the world.South Korea

copied the country`s second “FIVE YEAR

PLAN”.

⬜ But things changed… DRAMATICALLY.

Current Situation

Today a nuclear armed nation is in state of collapse- a

state which is triggering a rapid collapse of Pakistan

into a failed dysfunctional country- like SOMALIA

Terrorism in Pakistan

⬜ In Pakistan the terrorism usually came from the

neighbouring countries .The history of Terrorism

goes way back to 1986 when some organizations in

Afghanistan and agencies of foreign countries

started to manipulate our tribal people..now –a-days

TTP is also spreading violence

Causes

⬜ Some causes of terrorism in Pakistan are as follows

⬜ 1) Poverty

⬜ 2) Lack of Education

⬜ 3) Injustice

⬜ 4) Unemployment

Effects on society

⬜ The effects on society are disastrous. It not only kills

people. It also destroys families. It has a much

greater effect on our lives than it seems.

⬜ Some other effects are

⬜ 1) It destabilizes government.

⬜ 2) It makes life miserable for a nation

⬜ 3) A savage act like terrorism produce psychological

pressure on people

⬜ 4) It inflict pain on society

Effects on economy

⬜ Terrorism has destroyed the economy of our country .

Investors are not coming in our country at all . Our

markets are doomed . Our economy which used to

thrive once is now drowned . Due to terrorism our

national investors are investing their money abroad

which is doing no good to our beloved Pakistan.

Steps to Prevent Terrorism

⬜ 1) We must not support any kind of violent activity in our area

⬜ 2) We must co-operate with our brave army and police

⬜ 3) We must give all provinces their rights

⬜ 4) We must give equal rights to every one

⬜ 5) A sense of Brother –hood should be promoted

⬜ 6) One must place his country benefits before his own
