His three main tasks are to deliver the scheduled orders of Teetank shoppers on time and in good condition, to receive payment from shoppers and to safely remit collected payment to the company. Requirements: 1. High School Graduate or College Entry Level 2. At least 6 months to 1 year experience in delivery 3. Preferably Male Applicants 4. Driving Motor Skills w/ Professional License 5. Knowledge of Motorcycle Laws and Regulations 6. Knowledge of Metro Manila’s major routes 7. Trustworthy and Diligent to work COMPENSATION Office Hours: 9AM to 5PM Base pay: 200 PHP / day (Subject to raise year-per-year) Commission: 20 PHP / delivery Benefits Unlimited Call: 40 PHP / day Free three (3) sets of uniform 1

Payroll ScheduleWeekly (Every Saturday)
BASIC TERMS & REGULATIONSWorking HolidaysCommission per delivery is doubled on working holidays.
Non-working HolidaysObservance is a must.
AbsenceOne-day absence is allowed with a maximum of one absence a week.Two-day absences will result to one memo.
Loss of packageLoss of package has to be compensated by Teetank Rider (price of order).
Memos3 memos could result to a suspension (Depends on the incidents).
Bond3-month employment bond20-days allowance before resignation for turnover purposes

Malicious IntentAny action with malicious intent regarding Teetank items or Teetank assets will be dealt with accordingly under court procedures.
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENTThis Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered in the City of

________________________ agrees to be the COD Head / Teetank Rider of Teetank Art Label under the conditions stated above.
Both parties shall bind themselves to the full and proper execution of this agreement and shall in no way and manner jeopardize its consummation. Upon signing, both confirm that they have read and understood this agreement.
