Community Christmas Markets Our school community are invited to attend the Community Christmas Markets being held at Quirindi High School on Friday 30 November starting at 5pm. This will be a fantastic evening of community spirit with many schools in the area running stalls/markets. Thank you so much to our wonderful P&C who will be running a Fruit Salad/Yoghurt stall and a Slushie stall on the night. It would be wonderful to see as many people from our school community in attendance. Please support our P&C and come along for a wonderful evening. Mr John Ireland, Relieving Principal Grace’s State Gymnastics Adventure On Saturday 10 November, I went to the Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatic Centre to compete at the Level 3 Gymnastics State Championships. I competed in four events: bars, beam, floor and vault against many other gymnasts from around NSW. Sixty two teams competed on the day of which one was Tamworth Gymnastics Club who I represented. It was a great outcome on the day receiving a gold medal and a personal best. It was a wonderful opportunity and I hope to go back next year. P&C News In 2019 Quirindi Public School will be adding a smart Maroon jacket as an optional extra. We will also be introducing the option of shorts and short-sleeved shirt for girls in summer, and pants and shirt for girls in winter. This will not affect the existing uniform but will provide more choices for our students.
