TEMS Operation Steps1 install and setting

when we finish the install ,we will found the view as follow:

we need to setting the layout of windows as follow:

● imput map and engineer parameter

a Click “presentation” option and display the map on overview window

Firstly :we need to make a cell file , open it and we can modify the BCCH BASIC and each parameter in the cell file and save it(if the basic data update)

Second: press configuration →genral →cellfile load →add .

Can not modify the header format and backup cell file

When the engineer parameter input the tems and we should setting the site or cell name in the map window otherwise we can not see it:

●Service and neighbors cell

●Basic information by channel

● Basic information by cell

● Rx_level and Rx_quality color chat

For we can see Rx_level and quality clearly when we do the drive test. Operation stes as bellow:

For example: we just want to setting chart 1 (sevice cell Rx_level Sub) , edit chart→pitch on Rx_level Sub→edit color and thickness.

And also we can set the service cell line when you do the drive test .

All of the above interface was set up later ,just need to connect the GSP and cell phone(K790).

Mobile phone setting : MS1 is dedicate mode ; MS2 is idle mode

Pls remember the port of MS and GPS , do not replace the mobile and GPS port unless it is not working.

● set mobile and GPS port

Ctrl&Config →Equipment Configuation.if we have installed mobile and GPS driver ,GPS or mobile type will be display in port as bellow pictures.

● set automatic dialing

Firstly we need to set Loop in command Sequence, and then Dial. Operation steps as follow: (loop →Dial)

Times calling cycle

Secondly , in the “command sequence” window , click “properties” button ,set the number and interval of the calling . This completes the atuomatic dialing program settings.

When you finish connection ,we can lock the BCCH as bellow:

1 Mapinfo and Tab layer A create point layerOpen your engineer parameter by excel ,save as text(Macintosh) on desktop. Open your mapinfo and input the file which you made it , in “Table” option click “create points”. At last open your tab file on your desktop, you can find the point layer.

B create cell layer

we have created a text file at “A”, choose “WFI seesite” in “Table” options , “create site boundaries” . The specific steps as below ：

Or Cluster _2_MS2_Idle by….

B Rx_quality

We are same steps with Rx_level , when you export file form tems,it is Rx_quality format. The details are as follows:

Open the export file by mapinfo ,create thematic map in “Map” option.

Choose region ranges solid Yellow-bule ,Field is Rx_qual Sub , set ranges Styles and Legend.

After you finish the ranges set , next step is style setting, and last step is legend setting . The details are as follows:

All of the above Rx_level and Rx_qualty color setting be unified.

C FER layerAccording to the above approach , export the FER SUB(%)file , you can make a tab layer in mapinfo , the following diagram:

Notes:1 if your laptop power off or disconnect with device ,you must check the MS1 and MS2 , sometimes we found the MS3 exist2 All of the above chart are kept to same size .3 During the test, if the path has more than cluster level,we need to stop the test and stop the logfile , we only test the BTS in cluster.
