• The Just Add Water trailer package features an SS skid, mounted on a single axle 200 gallon tank trailer and includes both the high pressure and inlet hose reels, inlet hose and a high reach wash pole. This open back style trailer ships completely assembled, just remove the pallet. Advertised retail price for

the entire package is $7495, your distributor net price is $5300. With any JAW package, the enduser has the option to add an ANT28 28” Hydro Twister for $895, your distributor price is $500.

• The No Water Wasted trailer features an SC skid, mounted on a ProTowWash single axle trailer with 200 gallon water tank, and includes a wastewater recycle system and high pressure hose reel. Advertised retail price for the water recycle trailer package is $10,995, your distributor net price is $8000. Electric Brake Trailers - All electric brake trailers come with a 7-prong plug, ready for a brake controller. Additionally starting the beginning of 2011, all tandem axle electric brake trailers were updated to include electric brakes on both axles. When purchasing any trailer, be sure to check with D.O.T. for brake requirements which differ from commercial to personal use trailers.

Zero Degree Nozzles - Last year zero degree nozzles were removed from all skids. This year we completed the last phase and removed zero degree nozzles from electric powered pressure washers. You’ll now have a more useful, and safe, set of nozzles with each unit. Zero degree nozzles can be added to any order for those customers who would like them.

Honda and Vanguard Engine Warranty Extended - The warranty on Honda and Vanguard engines we currently use on Hydro Tek washers has increased from 2 years to a 3 year warranty provided by engine manufacturer.

California Emission and C.A.R.B. Change - SCU Series gas Tanks on both of the 31hp engine models (SCU35009VAF and SCU51006V) will get a replacement gas tank. The red 18 gallon gas tank is being replaced with an 8 gallon black Nylene lined fuel tank as part of the new C.A.R.B. and Emissions standards in CA.

Increased Flow Performance - With a few value added changes, the following models passed engineering tests with an increased flow performance over last year. HD10003E1 updated from 2.8gpm to 3.0gpm, HD20004E2G and HD25004E2G updated to 3.8gpm.

10hp Engine Replacement - The SS30003VG mobile wash skid gets upgraded from a 9hp to a new 10hp Vanguard engine at no additional charge as part of Hydro Tek’s value added innovation commitment.

Foam Filled Tires - All 10” tire wheel kits are foam filled to eliminate flats. They come standard on any HD Series or CP Series washers, RPVAC and RPVR water recovery systems, and any 10” optional wheel kits. Other manufacturers charge up to $150 for foam filled tire upgrades.

Fuel Tank Straps - Worm gear style fuel tank tie downs are replaced with stainless straps for improved aesthetics and durability.

SC Series Changes - Recent revisions made to tackle severe over the road punishment some SC Series skids are subjected to when mounted on trailers without torflex axles or adequate suspension. Coil hold down bracket and panels are bolted on with captive nuts and the Racor fuel filter is rigid mounted to frame for easier service.

NEW Wash Rack Trailer - The new T500EW trailer is designed for large parts to be set onto the wash deck for cleaning. The closed loop system captures the wash water, filters it through 10 stages to 5 micron, and then recycles the water back to the 270 gallon bulk tank for reuse. The Mobile Wash Rack Trailer is ideal for hot water cleaning of large parts, out in the field, such as wind turbine gearboxes during repairs, engines, transmissions, pump heads and geo drill sanitizing. The wash deck measures a generous 4 feet by 4 feet. Your choice of an SC Series washer is required. NEW Muck Scupper - Turn a pressure washer into a sludge, slurry or water evacuation tool. Pressure energy of spray from pressure washer wand creates suction that pulls water through a heavy wall discharge hose. The Muck Scupper connects to existing ¼” pressure washer wand quick connect coupler, no other tools required. The durable stainless steel scupper will not break, rust or corrode with heavy duty industrial use, will fit tightly into corners and can be used

to loosen muck, similar to a scraper. The Muck Scupper will work efficiently at an angle, ideal for using in a drain trough. Extraction rate is up to 15 times the pressure washer flow rate, up to 87gpm. Applications include flood recovery and clean up, cleanout of car wash sump pits, settling tanks, and troughs, and draining fountains or small pools for cleaning.
