Informed Player Choice: Play Management
PMW Enrollment
• The PMW Introduction will appear automatically the first time a patron inserts their Marquee Reward card into a machine.
• Patrons may also access the PMW homepage anytime by clicking the PMW symbol at the bottom of the screen.
• The PMW Introduction screen will show once every 30 days for patrons who are not enrolled in the program.

• Patrons must insert their Marquee Rewards ® Card into the card reader, and select the green box labeled “enroll”. The program will send them to the TERMS & CONDITIONS screen.
• If a patron chooses not to enroll then they should select the green box labeled “return to game,” and the screen will return to its regular video display.
• The PMW enrollment screen will show once every 30 days for patrons who are not enrolled in the program.
Terms and Conditions
• After reading the terms, patrons may click the green box labeled “next” if they wish to continue enrolling in PMW, and the system will take them to the ENTER PIN screen.
• They may also stop enrollment by clicking the green box labeled “return to game”.

• Here, patrons should enter their MARQUEE REWARDS ® PIN, and press the green box labeled “enter” to continue the enrollment process.
• Patrons may click on the large (X) in the upper-right of the screen to stop the enrollment process and return to the game.
Budget setting
• Patrons must click on the green box labeled “set” to create a daily, weekly, and/or monthly budget.
• Patrons may set budgets for all three types, but must set at least one type of budget to continue enrolling.
• Patrons should click on the box labeled “next” after setting their budget.

• After clicking “set” on the previous screen, Patrons must use the number pad to enter their budget amounts.
• Patrons can change their amounts by selecting the green box labeled “clear” and entering another amount.
• A daily budget will be based on a gaming day defined by PPC.
• A gaming day begins 6:00am.
Successful enrollment
• Patrons should see this screen after successfully entering their budget limits.
• They should click the green box labeled “return to game” to return the game to its normal display.

• Patrons will receive notifications that they are approaching their budget limits.
• The intervals are currently set at 25%, 50%, and 75% of their budget.
• The approaching notifications are approximate. The reminder is triggered after the threshold has been passed.
• Patrons may click on the green box labeled “return to game” to exit this screen or wait a few seconds and they will be returned to their game.
Reaching & Exceeding Budget Notifications
• Patrons will receive a notification once they have reached their budget limit and periodic notifications when they exceed their budget at 25% intervals (i.e., 125%, 150%, 175%, etc.).
• Patrons must click on the green box labeled “return to game” to exit this screen.
Adjusting Budgets
• Patrons may adjust their budgets anytime at an electronic gaming machine or a GameSense Kiosk.
• Budget adjustments will take place immediately, and patrons may adjust their budgets as often as they like.
• Patrons may either increase or decrease their budget choices. They cannot increase one and decrease another in the same session
Un-enrollment
• Patrons may un-enroll at any time from PMW at any electronic gaming machine or GameSense Kiosk.
• Patrons may select un-enrollment from the PMW homepage, and then the system will display the un-enrollment remarks page. Staff should encourage patrons to place a check next to the reasons they are un-enrolling.
Food Credit
• Patrons will receive a $ 5 food credit when they enroll in PMW for the first time.
• The food credit is redeemable at any food vendor in Plainridge Park Casino.
• Patrons may retrieve the $5 food credit from a GameSense Advisor at the GameSense Information Center.
• Patrons can go to player services to retrieve the credit if a GameSense Advisor is not available or the GameSense Info Center is closed.

The GameSense Info Center tab tells patrons where they can find the GameSense Information Center and the services available at the center.

The PMW tab gives patrons more information about the pre-commitment management system, and the option to enroll.
