Role BriefingOn-Site will meet with client representatives to take a full role briefings, from which criteria is agreed and documented. Other points that are taken into consideration include team composition, performance standards, organisational strategy, values and culture of the team.

Candidate Sourcing A candidate sourcing strategy is recommended based on experience, current candidate market and client requirements. Sourcing will include a broad range of methods to target quality candidates who match the agreed criteria.

Initial Screening In-depth motivational fit and behavioural telephone screening is undertaken on all candidates against the role brief before face-to-face interviewing takes place. This leads to both cost and time efficiencies in the selection process.

InterviewAll On-Site consultants are trained in competency-based (behavioural) interviewing techniques and our interview process combines behavioural questions and preference based questions enabling us to quickly grasp the needs and expertise of candidates in addition to making an assessment with regard to the required competencies.

ShortlistingA shortlist of suitable candidates is provided after the full assessment process has been completed. Each candidate shortlisted will be supported by documentation highlighting initial interview findings and On-Site comments.

Client Interviews

On-Site will arrange client interviews with shortlisted candidates. If required, we can assist with preparation for the interview and attend the interview with the hiring manager.
