EVENT MANAGEMENT

Our specialist team of event technicians, operators and directors, are some of the best in the business. They manage all technical and production elements of your event from start to finish.

With specialist skills in technical event production management, we provide you with one point of contact who will oversee the logistical management and work with you and your other event partners every step of the way.

• Management of all aspects of the event, from brief to execution.• Experience in managing and collaborating with event producers, stylists and other event partners.• Event day management including production of the event run sheet and full co-ordination of the

setup and strike.• Liaising with suppliers and venues.• Design, supply, management and operation of all technical elements.

We provide management and consulting services for your technical and production requirements.

The technical and production managers play separate but overlapping roles and must work side-by-side to bring together a successful event that runs smoothly, on time and to budget. In the case of smaller events these two roles can carried out by one person.

A DEDICATED EVENT MANAGEMENT TEAM NOISE CONSULTANCY

NOISEMONITORING

Our noise metering and analysing service is aimed at the event industry and we will produce a full assessment to ensure that your event or production is compliant.

Noise pollution from events is increasingly being included in the licensing procedure. We will get involved in the early stages, producing a plan, detailing controls and solutions to your event’s noise related concerns.

SPL logging and measurement.

A full report will be created at the end of your event that will include the sound levels throughout the day, any complaints received and the subsequent actions that were taken. This report can then be distributed to your event management team, local council authorities and can be used to uphold licensing regulations for certain venue types.

Advice on how to keep noise levels under control.

Our friendly team offer advice at the planning stages of your event. We will offer a variety of sound system choices based upon your event requirements.

For instance, a choice of system could be either a Line Array or a Point Source system, both do very different things and have a long list of pros/cons for each. Rest assured, we will provide the correct system that is best suited for the environment and for the listeners.

EASE Plotting (Enhanced Acoustic Simulator for Engineers).

Vital for any large scale outdoor event that involves concert sound. We offer this service to enable correct and accurate planning for your sound. It will enable you to get the most out of the PA system,

cover the correct areas and avoid noise spill into unwanted places (like nearby residential areas).
