to detail a projects operational requirements

and have TOM manage and execute the entire

ServicesMarine & ShipyardTOM is one of the largest suppliers of skilled services and resource manning to the major

shipyards within Singapore and other regions across the globe.

TOM is continuously deploying; technicians, senior technicians, supervisors, administrative

support, management and technical specialist to complete specific scopes of work during

the fabrication process in shipyards across the globe. TOM’s services comprise of providing a

complete project team which is mobilized to site.

Over time TOM has evolved into becoming a major supplier of ‘off-site’ fabrication, which

continuously feed neighbouring shipyards with items such as skids, modules and piping spool

systems. TOM is now an intricate part of the shipyard supply-chain, so much so international end

clients recognise and appreciate seeing TOM personnel as a part of the team constructing, or

repairing their asset(s).

EPCIC

Process SystemsTOM can deliver various process skids and modules related to gas and

liquid cleaning, refining as well as heating and cooling. These modules

can be installed on FPSOs, platforms and in onshore plants.

Storage Facility TOM has the expertise to design and construct liquid storage facilities. This includes the

primary functions of storing, transferring, receiving and offloading product. In conjunction

with the storage facility TOM is also able to engineer and project manage the construction

of connecting infrastructure such as jetty and wharf facilities.

Hook-up & Commissioning TOM’s team of experts can plan, execute and manage the various stages of hook-up and

commissioning for module(s) or a complete asset. TOM’s commissioning teams will be

made up of commissioning engineers and technicians for each technical discipline.

Offshore & OnshoreTOM participates in a variety of EPCIC

contracts found in both the onshore and

offshore energy sectors.

Offshore DrillingTOM can provide modules and skids related to dry bulk, mud, product

and mechanical drilling operations. TOM can offer retrofit, replacement

and new-build solutions to aging assets and new-build construction.

Marine & Auxiliary Systems TOM’s engineering and M&E teams are knowledgably and experienced with developing

and implementing various marine and auxiliary systems found onboard marine assets.

TOM can offer customised solutions to aging assets and new-build construction, as well

as implementation of free-issued OEM equipment.

Offshore Field Installation TOM can execute all forms of offshore installation works. TOM will provide PMC

services or perform as the main installation contractor, with the assistance of a

chartered vessel / fleet.

SubseaThrough TOM’s vast knowledge of execution of offshore assets, the company developed its reach to include subsea equipment and structures.

In collaboration with several highly experienced international subsea specialist companies, TOM offers complete EPCIC for all subsea equipment found from the X-Tree spool connection to the final processing / storage interface point.

Offshore Project ExecutionTOM can execute the installation and commissioning scope of work in conjunction or independently of main-offshore project contractors. TOM’s personnel are experienced in all aspects of offshore and subsea installation works. As a Company, TOM correctly assesses the installation scope, determines the optimal vessel(s) and charters the installation assets to complete the intended works. By operating in this manner, TOM is not restricted to the parameters of self-owned vessels and therefore can scale up or down to suit the needs of the End Client’s Project Specifications in the most optimal way.
