As Intel looks to transform sports experiences, the 70,000 fans who attended yesterday’s Super Bowl 50—in addition to the93 million who tuned in on TV—got a whole lot of Intel.

The event played out in Intel’s backyard at Levi’s Stadium, where Intel is a sponsor and has its own plaza.  Littlefield, Donald B  2/8/2016 4:02:45 PM Lady GaGa rendition of the National Anthem was outstanding. Levis stadium looked awesome.  Super BowlCity after dark looked awesome especially with the fireworks behind the Ferry Building. The game was,well..., lacking offensive displays of excellence.  Yeh, yeh, yeh... defensive teams did well, especially Denver. Yawn.  Reply  | Like (2)

It was great and it worked. And it made it look like JonathanStewart was flying through a giant blue laser wall, and that is awesome. Also, Intel, you can have the term“Laser Wall.” I’m giving that to you. You can have that."   http://sportsworld.nbcsports.com/super-bowl-joe-posnanski-michael-schur/ Reply  | Like (2)

Barakat, Khaldoun  2/8/2016 1:30:55 PM Easily the most boring super bowl I've ever watched. Intel should invest in the other football (namely soccer)which attracts actual 1 Billion viewers for champions league, El classico, Euro & world cup finals. I wouldassume we are targeting the emerging market which is outside of the US. Go Niners :) Reply  | Like (0)

Conroy, Michael S  2/9/2016 1:04:15 AM Boring? As a Bronco fan I am Bias, I loved the game. The 360 degree technology was impressive, that will be great for the upcoming Brazil Olympics. i enjoy cheering for the US during the Worldcup  but in my opinion, Soccer is very low scoring, which I consider to be boring.  No disrespectintended Sir. Reply  | Like (2)

AlLee, Guy  2/9/2016 7:32:07 AM Doesn't even break the top 10 as far as boring Super Bowls go.  Yes, it was a defensive game. (And ifyou like international football, then you should be used to lots of defense punctuated by occasionaloffensive results.) But the outcome was in doubt through all four quarters until just before the 2minute warning in the fourth quarter.  Reply  | Like (2)

Certainlywon't here the word coming from my mouth. lol  The digital endzone plane was very cool!! Reply  | Like (7)

The digital "plane" at the goal line to see if the ball broke the vertical plane was really neat and can hopefullybe implemented.  Too many of those decisions are in human refs hands and no one likes a ref call todetermine a game outcome. Reply  | Like (1)

Watkins, Craig D  2/8/2016 10:00:28 AM Unfortunately, unless you're a die-hard fan of either team or one of those in attendance, defense-dominatedgames are a bit less exciting. Unless the defense makes a key play deep in their opponents territory, asDenver did with the forced fumble-TD, then the big defensive plays usually result in 3-and-out for theiroffense. A big offensive play can provide the impetus to keep a drive going and hopefully lead to a score.Case in point: Look at what we're highlighting with our 360 tech: Stewart's high-flying dive into the endzone. Reply  | Like (2)

Davis, Joe A  2/8/2016 9:37:42 AM The 360 degree replay is an awesome technology, but I would hardly call it "instant". It was relatively obviousthat it took several minutes to render. I'm sure with time though, this will be more "instant" and include theability to zoom in and stop the feed at any angle (it swept through several angles so quickly, that theadditional angles were hardly worth it, YET). Great job on the developers so far! Excited to see what this willbe capable of. Reply  | Like (0)
