Commercial Services Agreement & Direct Sales:– Agreements between CCAD and

commercial industry to perform a service– Identify future depot level repairs to

establish capability– Provide 2nd source testing to original

equipment manufactures– Complement the Depot’s surge capability

CH-47 Blade Repair Program– No organic capability existed; no DMWR– Partnership Boeing to establish capability– Joint effort to merge industry best practice
