Project Education
Team Building activities aim to create one team where everyone knows
his role and contribution to the goals of the
project and the way the team will work.
Team Bonding is the part of Team Building that
aims to get to know each other in the team and to ensure positive working
conditions.
When you already know each other it is time to see what is going to happen in
the project! What is your final goal and
how will you achieve it?
Every member should be aware of his Job Description in the team. What will be his unique contribution to Team
goals and achievements? How can he measure it?
Make sure that your members are educated
and have education plan created for the whole
team cycle. This will support your
goals realization!
To ensure proper communication your
members need to have access to all the
tools and information!

The space during every team meeting to evaluate how close you are to your final project goal, tracking of team performance and setting what needs to be
done next week.
This is leadership development space based on personal conversations with every single member of your team to know how
he/she is living the experience. Get more
attached!
Make your meetings regular to ensure good cooperation
and strong members’ commitment. Base your
conversations on LDM and stay on track with your
members’ inner journey.
How is your team doing? Do you follow Team rules?
Check your team’s state every month.
Make sure that your members are educated
both according to project timeline and functionally.
It will help to proceed with new operations.
Get to know what happened in the previous half of the
experience, what challenges or success team faced.
What to focus on in another half, re-check goals, JDs,
KPIs. Increase motivation!
Evaluate your performance and teamwork also in the end of the project!
