Examples of the issues that our clients face

Organisations Teams Leaders

We are not good at delivering the changes we need to be successful. We want to be in control of

our projects, understand the risks and increase the

likelihood of success. We don’t have a way of working that will help us to be more consistent in our delivery and learn from project to project.

The team is not gelling and it is impacting morale and effectiveness.

What makes us unique – newPM®

newPM® is a unique behavioural approach, developed by Team Animation, which supports leaders, teams

and organisations to improve delivery effectiveness and productivity. Through distinguishing initially between

different styles of personal engagement, using a simple diagnostic, newPM® provides insights into how they

adopt and practice process disciplines differently. Consideration can then be given to how they can modify

their behaviour to improve performance in particular circumstances. Within teams (knowing the collective
