…INSPIRE EDUCATION was founded in 2009 by expert educators – Radhika Suri and Sameera Sood. Along with Tilottama Mukherjee, they form the executive team of Inspire.

Radhika Suri is an expert on classroom management and preschool set up. She has 20 years of teaching experience in DPS, Springdales and Sanskriti and set up the preschool division at iDiscoveri Education Pvt Ltd. Her years of on ground experience have given her an edge in teacher training, where learning theories are put into practice through practical knowledge.

Sameera Sood, a master’s degree holder in child development, has diverse experience of working with national as well as the IB Organization Curriculum. She has been a trainer at NCERT and a key designer for the XSEED Curriculum Training Program at iDiscoveri Education Pvt Ltd. Her teaching experience at Sri Ram and Banyan Tree World School as well her lead role for Early and Middle Programs at iDiscoveri have given her a strong footing into the curriculum and training arenas.

Tilottama Mukherjee is a management professional with more than a decade of experience as delivery manager and business analyst in the E-learning and Education domains. Tilottama has been part of pioneering organisations such as Encyclopedia Britannica, NIIT Ltd and iDiscoveri Education Pvt Ltd and led key projects for Fortune 500 clients across geographies like the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Indu Mehrotra, heads the training and development team at Inspire Education. Her experience spans across being a master trainer with iDiscoveri Education Pvt Ltd, a headmistress for 8 years at Lancers Convent and a teacher in leading schools across the country for over 10 years. Her skills lie in developing teachers and school leaders to groom mentors in their respective spaces.
