s u m m a r y Accomodations accoMModation rentalS, accomodations are available from 4 PM. a deposit of 150€ will be required on your arrival. this guarantee will be cancelled after checking of your accommodation. our receptionists will give you an inventory if you notice any items missing please come to reception with the inventory. For weekend arrivals (except for public holiday weekends, for bookings at weekend rates) the accommodation is available from 2 pm and must be vacated before 6 pm. For public holiday weekend bookings (Easter, , ascension, Whitsun) the accommodation is available from 4 pm and must be vacated before midday.

Barrier to entry and exit caMPSite:upon arrival we will give you an access code valid for the duration of your stay and be used for one vehicle only.

for security reasons it is forbidden for pedestrian and cyclists to pass under the barrier.Please note that vehicles can’t access the campsite between 11 pm and 7 am. Parking is possible on the car park located at the entrance of the campsite.

WHen you leave: Please arrange an appointment with the campsite reception for your end of stay accommodation check. reception will offer you this appointment on the day of your arrival.

The accommodation is to be vacated:• Before 10 am (appointment to be made with the campsite reception)• Before twelve o’clock for bank holidays packages ( weekend packages bookings and bank holidays packages bookings Easter, ascension, Pentecost)• Before 6 pm for weekend bookings (excepted bank holidays packages)In the event of departure outside reception opening hours, the deposit will be refunded after the accommodation has been checked by one of our operators. €65 will be deducted for cleaning if this has not been done or if the cleanliness of the accommodation is not deemed to be satisfactory. if you have undertaken to leave the accommodation clean on your departure please take note of what is then expected:-toilets and bathroom cleaned, as well as kitchen-in the bedrooms the blankets will be fold up, the floor swiped-all the bins will have been emptied in the garbage containers located near the exit gate-Please empty the barbecue and leave the cleaned grill in the kitchen.

Reception, opening hours and servicesOur team is at your disposal during your stay to help and inform you.

• Mail service: franking of your letters and postcards. the mail is sent everyday at 3.30 P.M. excepted Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. the mail box is located just outside the reception.

• receiving mail and messages: we will put your mail, fax and telephone messages (if they are not urgent) in the compartment at the reception.

• the urgent messages will be delivered on the pitch.

• Bed linen for hire 15€ per bed.

• Baby packs for hire: baby cot 2€ per night/ high chair 2€ per night. Baby packs are free up to the 05/07/13 and from the 08/09/13.

ANIMATIONSIn front of reception there is a board with the entertainment program for the week.

FOr THE kIDs

each club offers creative and fun activities games and shows suited to the age of the children. on arrival the weekly entertainment program will be given to every kid.

a choice of club for your kids: 5-7 “kids club” located next to main play area, 8.12 years old club near to the pool. each club will have its own supervisor and its own entertainment schedule specially made regarding the ages of the children.

kids club are free for any periods no previous registration is necessary We can’t take more than 20 kids per club cession.

TEEnaGErs: from 13 to 17 years old teenagers will meet together with their supervisor and will have fun joining various activities such as Sport tournaments, disco parties... access to the teens club is free and the teenagers are allowed to leave the club if they decide to do so.

aDulTs: throughout the week you will have a choice of various activities (all details available on entertainment schedule): boules tournament, Black jack, aquafun, archery (july/august). for each activity the meeting point is indicated on the entertainment schedule.

1 • THE BEacHEs the trez is located at the heart of Benodet resort, 1km from the campsite. With its variety of activities there will be something for every one! (“Pedalos”, kayaks, childrens play areas…)

all along the coast you will find a large number of beaches each with their own character. from secluded rocky coves, to long sandy beaches..

3 • FOrTIFIED TOWn OF cOncarnEau (22km)the ville-close, an old fortified town dating back to the 15th century and modified by vauban in the 17th. Picturesque inlet with its cobbled narrow streets, invites you to amble and to discover the architecture of the xvith century up to nowadays. this old quarter encircled with fortifications is the historical and the tourist heart of the town. concarneau is also surrounded by nice sandy beaches.

9 • lE GuIlvInEc (24km) (Towards Pont l’abbé then le Guilvinec) number one port in france for inshore fishing with daily landing of fresh fish and live langoustines, it is also a pilot site for promoting fishing industry through tourism.

Because campsite means direct link with nature since the opening of the campsite respect for the environment has always been a major preoccupation for us. each new development is designed to preserve and enhance the identity and natural heritage of the campsite (old orchards, stone dry slope, chestnut trees, hundred-year-old oaks….) while providing solution related to new technologies (energy sources, lighting, water management, optimization of waste management...)

Since 2010 our site has been labeled “clef verte”. this label is the first independent international environmental label for tourist accommodation, and rewards businesses for their dynamism in environmental protection. also by this recognition we are committed to a sustainable development approach.

Notre Engagement pour l’EnvironnementParce que camping rime avec nature, nous accordons depuis la création de notre camping, une place centrale au respect de l’environnement. Au travers de nos aménagements nous préservons et valorisons l’identité et le patrimoine naturel du camping (anciens vergers, talus en pierres sèches, châtaigniers et chênes centenaire…) tout en apportant des solutions liées aux nouvelles technologies (sources d’énergie, éclairage, gestion de l’eau, optimisation de la gestion des déchêts…).

Ce label est le premier label indépendant environnemental international pour l’hébergement touristique, et récompense les établissements pour leur dynamisme

en matière d’environnement. Aussi par cette reconnaissance nous nous engageons dans une logique de développement durable.

9°) TcOnDITIOn anD aPPEarancE OF THE camPsITE all campers must refrain from any action which may be detrimental to the tidiness, cleanliness or appearance of the site and particularly to the sanitary installations. dirty water must not be emptied onto the ground or into the gutters. caravan owners must empty their dirty water in the areas provided for this purpose. domestic waste and all rubbish, including paper, must be disposed of in the dustbins provided. Washing

clothes is not permitted except in the sinks provided. Washing may be hung out near tents

and caravans, provided that this is done discreetly and does not cause any inconvenience to neighbours. Washing lines must not be attached to trees

.

Plants and flower beds must be treated with respect. it is forbidden to knock nails into trees, to cut branches or to plant anything on the campsite.

it is also forbidden to mark the limits of one’s plot in a personal way or to dig up the ground. the pitch used during the stay must be left in the

same condition it was found on arrival.We thank you for respecting the non-smoking areas: areas of services and accommodation.

10°) saFETy a) FIrEopen fires (wood, coal etc) are strictly forbidden.

Stoves must be kept in good condition and must not be used in dangerous conditions. in case of a fire, inform the campsite management immediately. fire extinguishers are available if necessary. a first aid box is situated in the reception office.

B) THEFTthe campsite management is responsible for property left in the office and is obliged to keep a general watch over the campsite. the camper is responsible for his own equipment and must inform the management of any suspicious person on the site. although the campsite is patrolled, campers are requested to take normal precautions to safeguard their properties.

11°) GamEsviolent or obtrusive games may not be organised close to or inside the campsite buildings. the meeting room must not be used for lively games. children must be watched over by their parents at all times.

12°) GaraGE mOrT no unoccupied tent or caravan may be left on the site, only in the specific case of a “Season renting contract” in witch case only on the pitch indicated.

13°) BIllPOsTInGthese campsite regulations are displayed at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception. a copy can be given to the camper on request.

14°) I InFrInGEmEnT OF THE camPsITE rEGulaTIOns if a resident disturbs another resident or does not respect the campsite regulations, the campsite owner or his representative can, if necessary, give a verbal or written warning. in the case of serious or repetitive infringement of the campsite regulations after the warning to abide by the rules, the management reserves the right to terminate the contract. if the resident breaks the law, the management can call the police.

1°) cOnDITIOns OF aDmIssIOn to access a pitch and stay on the campsite, one must have the authorisation of the campsite owner or his representative. His main obligation is to ensure the upkeep and smooth running of the site, and to ensure that the campsite regulations are respected. in staying at the campsite, the customer accepts the provisions of these regulations and agrees to apply them. onformer. 2°) POlIcE FOrmalITIEs any person wishing to stay at least one night on the campsite must first present his passport to the campsite owner or his representative and complete a registration form.

3°) InsTallaTIOn the tent or caravan and all equipment must be installed on the plot indicated by the campsite owner or his representative.

4°) rEcEPTIOn information concerning the campsite services, places to eat, sport facilities, local tourist attractions and useful addresses are available at the reception.

5°) FEEs

fees are paid at the reception, according to the booking conditions. the sum due is calculated from the tariffs displayed at the entrance of the campsite. those staying on the campsite are asked to inform the reception of their departure one day in advance. campers planning to leave before the reception opens in the morning must pay their bill the day before.

6°)nOIsE anD sIlEncE those staying on the campsite are requested to avoid making any noise, or talking loudly, which may disturb their neighbours. radios, cassette players, etc. must therefore be played quietly. car doors and boots should be closed as quietly as possible. dogs and other animals are forbidden in the accomodations.

7°) vIsITEurs

after authorisation from the campsite management, visitors may enter the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who invited them. the camper may receive the visitor(s) at the reception. if the visitor(s) are permitted to enter the campsite, the camper who invited them may have to pay a fee, as the visitor has access to the sites facilities and services. this fee is displayed at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception. visitors’ cars are forbidden on the campsite.

8°) cIrculaTIOn anD ParkInG OF vEHIclEs

Within the campsite grounds, vehicles should not exceed 10 km/hour. vehicles may not be driven on the campsite between 11 pm and 7 am. an access code is delivered to the resident for the use of barriers to entry and exit. for security reasons it is forbidden for pedestrians and cyclists to pass under the barrier

only vehicles belonging to resident campers may be driven on the site. Parking shall not obstruct traffic or prevent installation of new entrants.
