Karmuns Trifecta at Katla (Trey) - Karen Munster showed him to his cham-pionship under Tom Cohen at the Ohio Specialty weekend of Feb. 23 & 24th. Shelia Monks showed him to his first Major Select for his Grand Championship at the morning Mid-Florida Shetland Sheepdog Specialty on Saturday, March 2nd.
I want to thank - first Stefanie Nawlin for the excellent job she did in training Trey for the conformation ring and the 3 Reserve Winners Dogs wins with him. Karen took over in January, and finished him in three weekend show and also did a marvelous job. Then Sheila Monks took him over for the Mid-FL shows.
All in all, Trey did a marvelous job - with all three handlers!!!
Judy Smith.
At the MFSSC Specialty Shows, we came home with two sweep firsts, three
class firsts, two major reserves, a little cash, a lot of prizes for me and my
lovely young pups. Saturday March 2 "Costa Del Sol's Cindy Lou Who" was
awarded a 5 point major reserve by Judge Mrs. Elizabeth McCarthy from the
12-18 month bitch class. This is "Lou's" 2nd 5 point major reserve this
year. On Sunday March 3 "Costa Del Sol's Shake 'N Bake Jake" was award-
ed a 5 point major reserve by Judge Mrs. Jackie Parisek from the 6-9 puppy
dog class. This was Jake's show debut and I could not be happier with how
well he did!
