TERM DEPOSIT MATURITIES
Get a consolidated view in an instant with our term deposit maturities screen that displays all upcoming term deposit
maturities for the next 12 calendar days.
HOWClick on the ‘instruct’ link and select your
maturity instruction from the drop down list. Follow the prompts and complete other details
before saving your instructions for action. Once you have placed your term deposit
maturity instruction, it will be actioned and no longer appear in the maturities listing.
You can also access this function from the ‘ACTION’ portal –in the ‘Asset management’ tab

Your clients will appear in alphabetical order in the top dropdown box. Scroll the list or start typing your specific client’s name to access all you need to know about your
client’s Super, Retirement (Pension) and SMSF accounts.

Move to ‘Contribution’ in the menu to find the relevant BPAY and EFT details. Alternatively you can print a pre –populated ‘Choice of Fund’ form for your clients to submit to their employer from this area. You can even complete an electronic rollover request from here.
View all insurance cover details in the ‘Insurance’ menu item. You can also amend existing cover or apply for new group cover here. We also have calculators available to help generate quotes in minutes.
The first page you land on is the ‘Account Summary’ page and it does just that by providing you with a good summary of your client’s account. Click on the arrows to the right of the ‘Money In’ and ‘Money Out’ rows to see more details.
View all transactions in your client’s account from the ‘Transactions’ area.
You can sort by investment or account transactions and by date range.
Copies of all communications will be stored right here in your ‘Report Inbox’.
The ‘Death Benefit Nomination’ menu item enables you to nominate death benefit details. You can check expiry or wait to receive an alert upon their expiry directly from us.
The ‘Asset Allocation’ shows you exactly that for your clients account. You can set preferred asset allocation targets here. If you exceed your targets you will be notified as an alert on your dashboard.
You can use our export functionality to transfer this information straight
into an Excel spreadsheet or create a PDF.

RETIREMENT SMSF
View pension payments from the ‘Pension’ menu and make adjustments to future payment amounts or frequency by amending the payments and hitting submit – it’s that easy. You can also check minimum and maximum limits here too.
Other details you can access from this section include ‘Member Statement’, ‘Centrelink Schedule’ as well as preservation and taxable components details.
Use the ‘Account Summary’ to view your clients’ SMSF balances. A handy ‘Investment Growth’ line item shows you the market movement for thecurrent financial year. You can also see all ‘Funds Introduced’ and ‘Funds Withdrawn’ for the selected period as well as a snapshot of the asset allocation.

TRADE BY ACCOUNT
With one order pad, you can perform multiple transactions.
STEP ONE
Select the ‘Order type’ you wish to transact. You can select one or more as you require.
STEP TWOSelect the ‘Account’ you wish to make a trade for and you will see the account details including available cash and investment holdings by type.
STEP THREEIn each investment type, click either buy, sell or select to purchase new assets.
STEP FOUREnter your 'Transact Password' and hit ‘Submit Order’. You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been placed in line with your instructions.
HOT TIP
You can check the box to display various categories per order type.
You can click on the ROA proposal button instead of submitting your order and this
will save your order in pending status. Once you have client approval, you
simply come back to this transact tab and hit ‘View Orders’ to initiate this trade.

TRADE BY SHARES
STEP ONEClick on ‘Trade By Asset’ – choose shares and follow the prompts on the form to either buy or sell.
STEP TWOSelect your expiry date which can be up to six months.Enter price limit and your number of shares and the 'Amount'will then calculate automatically.
STEP THREEClick ‘Save’ to finalise order details.
HOT TIP
You can view the account status on the right-hand side of the page, including ‘Available Cash’ and ‘Shares Held’. You can
also access ‘Market Depth’ information on the asset selected by clicking the graph icon that sits next to the share.

TRADE BY ASSETChoose any asset type to trade in on this tab. You can even perform multiple transactions at once.
SHARES
STEP ONE
Choose shares and follow the prompts on the form to select the account type. From here, choose the share that
you wish to transact on and click select. You will now be shown a list of all your client accounts that have available
cash and are able to transact.
STEP TWOSelect the expiry date which can be up to 30 days. Enter
the price limit and the number of shares. The 'Amount' will then calculate automatically.
STEP THREEClick ‘Save’ to finalise order details.
HOT TIP
You can view the account status on the right-hand side of the page, including ‘Available Cash’ and ‘Shares Held’. You can also access ‘Market Depth’ information on the asset selected by clicking the graph icon that sits next to the
share.
This is an extremely good function for when you get a share recommendation and you can buy or sell for multiple clients in
one easy transaction.
Managed Funds / Models / SMA’s
STEP ONE
Choose your asset type and follow the prompts on the form to select. From here you can nominate if you are
buying or selling.
STEP TWOEnter the dollar amounts or number of units.
STEP THREEClick ‘Save’ to finalise order details.
HOT TIP
If you are holding a particular fund, you can select the checkbox to sell all. You can sell all your holdings of one
fund in one go. This is great for acting on a sell recommendation.

CASH HUB
Hit ‘Save’ and ‘Submit’.
Manage all your clients’ cash needs from this consolidated cash view. It’s here that you can deposit or withdraw funds for Investments and SMSF accounts.

Select the account from the list or search for an account by typing the name in the ‘Find account‘ box.
Select ‘Deposit' or 'Withdrawal'.
Complete the pop-up form with all remaining details.

INVESTMENT SWITCH
Use the ‘Investment Switch’ menu to switch with ease. You can allocate the proceeds on a percentage basis or dollar value to one or multi buy instructions. The buy order happens automatically once the proceeds have been received from settlement of the sell instructions. You will receive email confirmations once orders areplaced.
HOT TIP
Buy instructions do not have to add up to 100% or be fully allocated as the balance will remain in the ‘Cash Hub’. Buy instructions will be placed
in a pending status and you can cancel from the ‘View Orders’ area.

VIEW ORDERS
Get a consolidated view of all of your orders. This is your history of all orders placed.
You can sort by ‘Status’ which includes open, closed, cancelled and pending.
HOT TIP
You can also cancel or amend pending orders here.

Go to ‘Manage Templates’ and this is where you can add a template. To do this however you will need to download a Microsoft Word Add-in by clicking on the prompted link. This enables your RoA template to talk directly to the client’s records.By clicking on the prompt to ‘View RoA’s’ you can get a consolidated view of all open RoA’s that require approval. ‘Select Deposit’ or ‘Withdrawal’.

You can even upload your client’s confirmation / approval and link to the RoA by clicking the upload button.

Nominate your investment instructions from the dropdown box and follow the prompts to chose if you want to direct debit only (for non-super monies), invest a fixed amount or invest all available cash from your client’s ‘Cash Hub’.
For non-super accounts you can nominate a bank account and have cash directed to your ‘Cash Hub’.
Nominate your investment allocations where prompted.
Submit your instructions by using your ‘Transact’ password.
HOT TIP
You can pause your client’s instruction by changing the status to inactive and simply change the
status again to reinstate when ready without the need to complete
all the details again.

ACTIONSTART OR MANAGE YOUR CLIENT’S REGULAR PAYMENTS
For Investment accounts, you can set up a regular payment to run on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly frequency from a nominated bank account. For pension accounts, you can set up a regular drawdown to fund the Cash Hub on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly frequency. This can also be done for superannuation accounts to manage your client’s ‘Cash Hub’ minimums.
Click on ‘Clients’ and select ‘Regular Payments’ from the menu.
Select your client from the grid listed at the top of the page.
For non-super accounts, nominate funds to be drawn as a regular payment only or as a cash top up only. For pension accounts, all funds will be directed to your client’s ‘Cash Hub’ so there is no need to nominate your preference.
For non-super accounts, you will need to select the bank account for the regular deposit to be paid into.
Choose your investments that will be used to top up your client’s ‘Cash Hub’.
Submit your instructions by using your ‘Transact’ password.
