• Move IT equipment off of the floor– Basement/First Floor sweep - Completed

• POD is delivered and placed on the platform• Temporary Data Centers

– 1st week : POD Configuration/Fiber Termination– 2nd week : POD Commissioning– 12th : Move redundant network equipment– 13th 2pm – 14th 6am: Move servers and storage

(Group 1) – Moodle will be down during the move.– 14th 2pm – 15th 6am: Move servers and storage (Group

2) – Titan Card will be down during the move.– 15th POD is operational with backup generator– 20th POD gets utility power and fully operational

What is Expected of Me?• Ensure you are on DL-Campus-Techs• Send cell phone number to itpmo@FULLERTON.EDU• Check e-mail continuously for updates during the move on Saturday

and Sunday• By Wednesday 2/10, ensure that your server patches are updated to

prevent delays during actual shutdown time.• Perform a test shut down early this week, if possible. • Pre-shutdown Applications/OS verification• Ensure that your servers are completely shut down by 2PM of the

designated day. • Validate applications hosted on VM’s as they are back online• Call in to Skype Command Center line for questions and updates• Communicating to your respective users of impact and providing

necessary updates.
